Kohnami Japanese Restaurant - Santa Fe - Photo album

I never leave reviews but I was just so disappointed in this place. A few months ago me and my boyfriend came to try it as we have never tried sushi before. We got there around 2:30-3 and got seated in the back. there were only around 3 tables seated in the front so it wasn’t too busy, 2 of them alr
We eat here pretty often. Most of the time it’s good. Sometimes things aren’t great, but that’s OK. The wait staff is generally really nice and the atmosphere is good. Last night, a woman who I assume may be a manager, often storms around. She has an incredibly sour look and was grabbing our dishes
Great atmosphere and staff is great. They did have us wait while to take our order but the food was amazing and definitely well worth it. Good sushi here. The spicy tuna roll and the Santa Fe roll were my favorites. I tried a real crab California roll but didn't care for it as much as the conventional type. The dragon roll was good aIso. I do not recommend the tempura banana. I wish I could have eaten more so I will definitely go back
