Madame Matisse - Santa Fe - Photo album

We tried Madame Matisse for the first time, last weekend. The croque monsieur, the steak and the turkey sandwich were all great! The oriental chicken salad was lacking. The chocolate chai tea was delicious and so was the chocolate croissant. The other pastries were sub-par and pricey. The macaroons
Perfection. The Hollandaise is on point, eggs perfectly poached and the Mocha Latte was delicious. Don't miss the Nutella Crepes.
I love this place! The sandwiches are huge and the restaurant is very casual. Side note: There was a lady stealing handfuls of condiments and the guy at the front didn’t even say anything lol.
Madame Matisse has the best almond croissants in Santa Fe, hands down. They are crunchy and soft in all the right places and I literally wake up early so I don’t miss out. JJ the owner is such a great lady. You should definitely check it out!
I have tasted almost every pastry and bread here, and they are all great. I love the croissants and baguettes. Wonderful place.
I'd been wanting to try this cafe for a while... Only a small Sunday menu to choose from. I picked the huevos rancheros: eggs ok, black beans no flavor, out of can, wilted salad, dressing no flavor, strange pink sauce, no chili red or green. Small portion for $10.95. Maybe I should go back for a dif
Holy moly! We highly recommend this place - our taste buds had an incredible experience this morning. The French fries were light and crispy, the croque madame had complex flavors, eggs were cooked perfectly, and the hollandaise had the perfect amount of dill to go with the smoked salmon.
Disappointing. They were completely out of pastries, out of entrees. What we did have was a microwaved quiche Lorraine with no bacon in it, and a Scandi salad with wilted lettuce and a Ceasars salad dressing with far too much oil.
