They forgot my bacon on my burger so had to lose 2 stars. Staff is super friendly and food is delicious. I got a bacon cheeseburger (no bacon) all the way, Cajun seasoned fries and a milkshake! I would definitely go back.

I ordered ahead so I could get in and out quickly but when I arrive they say they have to make the fries still -so they’re fresh. Like they don’t have a constant order stream of fries that they can have my order completed by the time I arrive? Not convenient
Food looks good but would never bring my family. Waay to expensive. 9$ just for the burger ( only the burger no fries no drink) got to pay extra for fries extra 7$. I understand u got to pay for quality but dam. Way too expensive. So a family on a budget could not enjoy five guys. I get the idea but
This is my $4.09 small fry. My wife and I have traveled all over the US and also ate Five Guys in Vienna, Austria and I was absolutely appalled at the amount of fries. Food was fine. Very consistent. Very expensive but I'm sure that has something to do with inflation. The only problem I have is that the floor is very greasy. Can't imagine when the last time it was washed. Not a good thing for a restaurant.
It's really good food.. but the price is out of sight!! Over $50 for 3 meals... I know about inflation but I will definitely reconsider where my kids and I eat ..
