As for the gravy: First, it's too watery and too sweet. I ordered Medium spicy thinking it'll be spicy but even my son who doesn't eat spice said it's only a little spicy. So the Medium spicy is around 3 on a scale of 10. BUT It's way too sweet. I ended up adding more fish sauce, soy sauce, chili fl
