I love this place, the bread is to die for, I wish I could take it home with me.
Everything was delicious as usual.
I had an ahi tuna tartare from their lower calorie menu and it was amazing, the cheesecake, need I say for dessert was brilliant as usual
Great place with big menu.. Salmon was excellent and so was the pasta.. bread came right from the oven.. service was great..Always enjoyed this place in any city.. portion size is big and can easily be shared
I am a fan of Cheesecakes, Before even checking the menu on zomato, I went in thinking its just a bake house. But they have a proper menu of food also and they have great desserts too. Do try their cheesecake. Haha
Great foods, great desserts, great service, great atmosphere and view. This restaurant is almost perfect! Everything are great from the main course, desserts until the atmosphere and the view that we can enjoy while eating. Not to forget the service of the waiter also very good. You really don't wanna miss this restaurant if you are in Santa Monica!
What can u even say about this place? The ambience is beautiful, the service amazing and the best part is the food obviously! Their red velvet cheesecake, chocolate cheesecake, raspberry and white chocolate cheesecake are their best ones among what I had. This place is just amazing and you just have to visit them!
Right in the heart of the beach city of Santa Monica, you will now find the lusciousness that is The Cheesecake Factory. This new restaurant is located on the third floor of the Santa Monica Place luxury shopping center. We were lucky enough to to attend their per-opening event the weekend before it opened and get a glimpse of the beautiful interior and of course the amazing food. From top to bottom of this new location you see that the interior decor is beautiful and very glamorous.
One of our best meals in LA - delightful service, very very delicious spicy rigatoni vodka pasta and steak diane (we had whatever the waiter recommended), and finished off with a creamy smooth basque cheesecake. First time visiting. Would highly recommend and definitely would return!
We put down our name at 7:15 and waited for about 40 minutes. The food took a while to come, which makes sense since there’s a lot of people and the food is fresh. Our server Brandon was great, and the dim lighting and decorative ceilings gave the whole place a nice feel. The large portions were nice too.

Had a great time! The atmosphere is very nice, with low lights and spacious booths.
We were served relatively quick by a kinda spaced out waiter, but he was kind. Were not offered refills or bread so we had to ask for them.
Regarding the food, plates are HUGE. We were a party of 3 and ordered only 2 dishes, and weren’t able to finish them. Of course we also ordered cheese cake for take away, which was delicious. The only drawback is that 2 of our options weren’t available so we had to pick something else for dinner.
Overall, had a good experience and would be back.
One of the biggest.. great hostess who is funny.. good Barman who suggest the right food and not the most expensive one.. obviously the original cheese cake..
One interesting aspect...very refreshing...i walked in with a cup of coffee and they didnt bother to ask me to not have it.. I am sitting have ordered my food but they dont mind me drinking a drink which they have not earned from...America sure amazes me.. good people around even though its a capitalist world..

We stopped here for a late night cheesecake dessert. It was impromptu as we ordered it to go and then decided to eat here. The manager was so sweet and helpful. Even though we did not have full table service, he helped us out and even lit a candle for my daughter to make it a quick birthday experience. Fantastic staff and management!
Always loud inconsiderate people here with screaming kids but your food is always very good. Plus great service.
A really nice experience to eat at this Cheesecake Factory. My partner and I had mains, I had Spaghetti and Meatballs & she had Spaghetti Marinara. Followed by coffee & the best parts of the whole experience was the Red Velvet Cake, oh my goodness. ❤️❤️👍

Such a great Cheesecake Factory! Manager was incredible. Food is always enjoyable and so is the cheesecake 😊 they have a bunch of gluten free options as well as gluten free cheesecake options!

Our first ever visit to The Cheesecake Factory and we were very satisfied with the food in both the quality and quantity. We ordered honey chicken and orange chicken, and my husband had a cherry cheesecake for dessert. The mains were reasonably priced at around $20 + each but dessert was around $12, although again the portion was big. The service was excellent.
Easy to access by elevator or escalator at the top of the Santa Monica Mall. Inside and outside seating available. No booking needed for our mid afternoon visit.
Everytime I visit the states, Cheesecake Factory is on my mind. Menu can be a little overwhelming but never had a bad meal here and the cheesecake is just amazing! whatever one I have.
A huge selection of delicious cakes! I was torn between choosing a classic cheesecake and a chocolate Godiva and cheese cake. I went with the chocolate and cheese cake.
What can you say, it's all about the cheesecake and they are absolutely delicious. Make sure you are hungry as the slices are seriously big. I went for the salted caramel one this time and was not disappointed
❤️Very calm and kind atmosphere in the restaurant, nice blonde at the entrance, everything is fast and professional. The managers so quickly resolved a couple of my questions that arose that it even seemed suspicious in a good way. It looks like one big family and the food tastes just as homemade and authentic ❤️

The only complaint is 😂 why such large dishes, I just overate
The food and service are fine at this location. The Cheesecake Factory has a huge menu to satisfy most people and almost all of it tastes pretty good.
If you don't want to wait, then visit at an off time (e.g. 4 PM) or simply make a reservation on Yelp a few hours before. The amount of people waiting outside was pretty insane at 7 PM on a Saturday. I walked right in and was seated immediately with a reservation.
Parking was $4 at the city parking structure next door.
Food was delicious as always and the waiter was amazing. Always love stopping here for top quality food.
