Perfectly cooked burgers. Finally, a place that doesn't overcook their meat. been there multiple times and love it more every time I go.
BOOM SHAKA. Well for one, it is Very rare to find a restaurant that serves all grass fed meat. Not only does shaka shack burgers do this, they do it with finesse. nice comfortable atmosphere, great owners, great service, and GREAT burgers.
I'm a huge burger fan and Shaka Shack is at the top of my list. Their sweet potato fries are hands down the best I've had. Do yourself a favor and give the Shaka Shack a try.
The fries are amazing - cripsy and well spiced.

Maui Mushroom Burger: If you like mushrooms, this burger is for you, and the whole wheat bun is so fluffy!
The staff is also very accommodating and they use reusable bowls! There are two tables outside, but you can also sit inside.
Definitely going back to this place and will try some other burgers.

Shaka shack is great. They opened several years ago when I lived nextdoor in my first apartment in LA, and even though I moved and live about 20 minutes away, I still make it back from time to time. The owners are great and friendly, as well as the employees and the food is fantastic, I really like the fries!
The portions are big, but because of fries. The burgers are smaller than their promo pictures, see my pictures with a sauce cup as a reference. Though they are still good.
The main issue that I have is that all their burgers in the menu taste the same. What is the difference between a shaka burger and a shaka royale burger? Does it mean that a shaka burger has no cheese? And what is the difference between a spicy bbq burger and a shaka royale burger? Except that one is spicy and has bacon. The restaurant needs to make menu items clearer instead of making riddles.
Nice family owned restaurant in the santa Monica area. My husband and I ate here while visiting in late September, and enjoyed some tasty burgers. I ordered the salmon burger and it was delicious...very hearty, filling, and fresh. We shared the truffle fries, and they were decent, a little strong for my liking but to be fair, they did warn us to get regular fries to go with our meal when we placed our order. I love it when servers go out of their way to give you honest menu recommendations and feedback-- that's what I call great service!
Great burgers and large portions. Some good vegetarian options too. Small restaurant but super friendly service. Burgers a little difficult to eat as they tended to slide apart and it's not the cheapest. Well worth a visit though.
Great hidden little gem. Second time here and the burger was cooked as well as the first time. Went with the Teriyaki Spam Burger and the Shaka Royale. Both were delicious and delicious is different ways. The Royale in a classic sense and the Teriyaki Spam in a tropical sense. I like to "Super combo" them, you'll pay about $15 but it comes with an ample amount of fries, drink (free refills), coffee and a dessert which I went with a Twinkie, which I thought was pretty funny and cool at the same time. Definitely would recommend
One of the greatest burgers I ever ate. Recommend the Kobe Hawaiian.
EDIT: I'm sad that this place closed down because of the new landlords. I hope Shaka Shack reopens soon in a new location 😟.

It's give this a 4.7 rating on great burgers, cute spot with parking, inside/outside seating, lovely people... just freshen up that french fry oil a bit and you've got a 5 star for great burgers, fries, & shakes. Casual and his for kids. Small tho so not a place to run around😏😉. View is across the street...

Been ordering from this place for a while. Really good burgers the kobe one is my favorite. They offer lettuce wrap for the low carb people, and the place has a nice Hawaiian surfer interior.
Delicious Hawaiian style burgers. Another great thing is the parking was free.

We LOVE Shaka Shack Burgers. They are delicious. We also love many of their other items on the menu too. Onion Rings, French Fries, Corn on the Cobb. My BF also loves their brownies and Chocolate shacks. Go there. You won't be disappointed!!!! It's great. They have a great staff too.
The Spicy BBQ hamburger is so delicious! Worth the cost because you get a good amount of food. The fries are not my favorite but the onion rings are lightly battered and freshly made! If I could, I would eat here everyday!
