The cowboy in charge had excellent leadership skills and incredible customer service skills. His staff is welcoming, efficient and extremely organized. Love this location because it's pretty effortless to get in and out of.
Almost never leave reviews but this place deserves 5 stars - it’s one of the only affordable high quality fast casual spots in Santa Monica . The food is 10/10 and the order ahead experience leaves us with a huge smile on our face . Pedro met us at our car and brightened our day with the BEST customer service. We’re so loyal to this place. The food is really fresh and well made! The Melrose wrap and California chicken salad are definitely stand outs to me! Will definitely continue to order here.
They make great tasting wraps and soups with fair prices compared to other restaurants. Love the Melrose wrap with Italian dressing.

Really the best salad nearby. Huge portion and very fresh ingredients. Even when it’s just Caesar salad, the romaine comes so fresh and juicy which makes it more rewarding and fulfilling to eat. Packaging also shows a lot of attention to details. They pack everything people might not like in a small bag or cup - scallion, onion, crouton, cheese, etc. Finally the food is always ready within 5-10 minutes for delivery. This place is just so organized! Love it and would highly recommend.

This is a regular eat for me and my husband. The salads, the wraps, everything we've had has been delicious. The online ordering is easy and our wait is never long to pick up food!
Now it is only drive-thru (in Santa Monica and Westwood locations), since the pandemic. But the food is just as great as ever. Very easy to order ahead on the app, then just drive up to the cone-off lane in front at your appointed time - - about 20-25 minutes later after you place the online order. Super easy.usually i get the $5 salad and order a couple of pieces of chicken on the side. Unbelievably great tasting food!!!

Fantastic service each time. Nick usually helps me and he is always upbeat and professional. The food is always consistent quality and the prices are fair. My neighbors also rave about this place. Their rotisserie chicken is amazing. I prefer to pay the markup than buy the $5 chicken from Costco. Their salad and fruit is always fresh and they thoughtfully package their food. A majority of their packaging is sustainable. Ordering online is very easy. There’s parking in the back for dine-in and there’s organized curbside pickup. It’s a no brainer why everyone loves this restaurant. It is ran well, all the employees are personable and trained, the food is consistent and delicious and the prices are reasonable for the neighborhood. They do everything right and you can tell there’s a lot of thought and care that goes into this restaurant. Easily one of my favorite local spots. :)
Five stars for the other four California chicken cafes I've been to, this particular one on Wilshire I would never ever go to again, both the food and the service was NOT up to par(That's the politest I can put it).
The best one I have eaten at is the one on Westwood boulevard everything's been perfect there and I've eaten there for years (since the early '90s that is).
But that Westwood store give me the basis for my evaluation. The Wilshire Branch in no way met any of the criteria that Westwood surpasses every time I've been there.
It was so far off, I questioned if it (Wilshire unit) was even a real California chicken cafe
