The people who work there are the best. Please give them a raise. The service, food and atmosphere are one of the best, for a fast food place.
Pollo loco they say! Definitely with the plentiful mix of beans, rice, chicken, avocado, lettuce, and sauces tossed in a bowl or burrito. Tasteful and delicious Mexican cuisine.
Staff was working so hard and churning out food very efficiently! They were also super kind and the burrito tasted great!
Really impressed with this location. The food was great, people working here were kind and prompt with their service. You can actually see all of the chicken being grilled fresh, too. Highly recommend this El Pollo Loco.
The chicken and side dishes were all very good. They prepared it quickly so the wait was short. The staff was nice.
The service and food were pretty good. Decent prices and portions. I'd say the inside feels kind of outdated and not super welcoming but if you're taking an order to go it's a good option.

My only take away for this place is that they charge you creamy cilantro. $0.45 per each one. Not even one complimentary one. I have problems with charging for the second one, but charging for both is plain ridiculous.

And, no one has guacamole salsa like they do. One thing is missing though, the black beans as a side are no longer available. Too bad. A side salad, and black beans, and corn tortillas for lunch is how I lost 35 lbs.....that and good workouts!
Really nice staff working the counters. Great food (green sauce is amazing) and plenty of tables in a clean atmosphere. Plenty of parking too!
