Dialogue - Santa Monica - Photo album

The best food in Santa Monica and probably in all LA. The staff is really nice and attentive, I thought the location of the restaurant is pretty different, but the food was really solid overall, all the dishes were definitely well achieved in terms of temperature, flavor, texture and overall executi
Best fine dining in LA. Period. The whole experience at Dialogue was fantastic. The meal was exquisite with each course bringing a delightful mix of flavors. The mixed beverage pairing incorporated wine, beer, sake, and more in perfect complement to each dish. Chef Beran and team really did an amazi
Absolutely divine and cozy fine dining. The place is secluded and is reminiscent of finding a back door speakeasy in New York, and the food is an absolute journey of the senses. Could not recommend coming here enough due to the complex approach to simple ingredients, and feeling as pampered as a que
God I love that this crew chose LA. The fall season menu blew me away. You just can't get this in many places in LA. Simply put, everything tasted good. I wanted more of it. That is rarely the case for me with fine dining. Most things are too heavy or trying too hard.
Get the wine pairing. Tastes and plating were exquisite, wait staff was very attentive and charming. A special treat and a unique experience.
Absolutely loved the takeout! Could feel the restaurant‘s being very considerate in offering things that still taste great and wouldn’t be compromised after being taken back home/ reheated. My only complaint: the piece of burnt cheesecake was too tiny! Bet I could eat an entire cake. Sour, creamy,
Dialogue, for both their opening menu and current menu, have been consistent and creative. This is the best fine dining meal I’ve had in Los Angeles, hands down. It’s inconspicuously located on the second floor of the food court in 3rd St Promenade. Don’t forget to snap a pic of their entry and bath
Outstanding food and service. Fun and intriguing flavor combinations. If you've ever wondered what's going on behind the food court door labeled "Private", you need to book it.
Great drink pairing and interesting, coherently themed courses. Their dishes now focus on the current season instead of the previous, current, and next.
Very unique and intimate atmosphere . 18 seats vs 21 courses. Definitely worth it for special occasion. Cheers!
Next level dining. Finally, he tastiest speakeasy I’ve found. Hidden in a food court, Dialogue is the ideal gastronomic conversation of seasons and flavors. We will return;)
Couldn’t have asked for a better Meal in LA. Chef Dave and the rest of the Dialogue team made for one unforgettable night. Can’t wait to come back and experience a new menu in the future.
Had a wonderful time here on a Wednesday night. The food was excellent. Every dish tasted amazing to me, but there were 2 of them that felt very special. Some have bold flavors. Kind of like "I am sexy and I know it" if you can say that about a food. I took pictures with my eyes and left the phone i
Had dinner here 11/16 with my wife. The staff was wonderful. We had a hiccup and they went above and beyond to make our meal wonderful. I really cannot say enough good things about them. The dinner was innovative and delicious but not stuffy or pretentious in any way. We love doing tasting menu
Been for the tasting menu a couple of times, and now had take out food as they had to adapt for covid. Tasting menu is great, very innovative and changes every 3 months based on the seasons. The meals they had for take away were also really good, especially the pot pies!
Interesting location for a restaurant of that caliper. The 20 course menu with wine pairing was amazing. Obviously, you cannot love every dish, but they do a remarkable job. Had a sit at the counter with my girlfriend, and enjoyed interacting with chef.
Extreme attention to detail and playful gaming with expectations lead to a very memorable meal for me. The menu is constructed like a story that twists and turns to make each dish cohesive to the next (though I think each stands well individually as well). Personally, I really enjoy this type of me
Too bad it's closing. It was a great dinner!
