I'm a butcher and a former chef, so I don't go to steakhouses frequently, but I wanted to take my special girl out for our anniversary. Obviously, I wanted to get something that I can't easily do myself, so I got the smoked prime rib and a 1.5lb lobster. I was not disappointed. It was fantastic. My girlfriend got the prime filet with the peppercorn sauce. It was great! Sides, appetizers, dessert, all fantastic. They also have a great wine selection and a really nice selection of whiskies. The waiter we had was also spectacular. Appropriately attentive and very knowledgeable. We really enjoyed our dining experience and look forward to returning.

We went here for our anniversary dinner. The restaurant is really nice and amazing food. I had the filet mignon with some Brussel sprouts. The staff is amazing and our waiter was really nice. I would go back again for sure. The dessert we had was so good. It was a chocolate cake with ice cream and a caramel mousse. It was so tasty. I want to try there bread pudding for next time.

It is our go-to restaurant when we visit Santa Rosa. The food and service is always amazing. I highly recommend everyone who has a chance to give them a try. You will not be disappointed.

Happy hour gets crazy busy. Food is worth the wait. Oysters are amazing, tuna tartar is good. Lucy martini is delicious. Worth a try 😊

28 days Dry aged ribeye is fantastic!! Bread is also great! Sides are good, but I may reduce it for another ribeye next time~

I had been eagerly anticipating their prime rib, having enjoyed it thoroughly in the past but to my utter disappointment, they were already sold out by 7pm! Although the rib eye steak was delicious, I could not reconcile myself to the fact that they ran out of prime rib by 7o'clock! You would think with all their years in business, they would be able to plan better than that. I was very disappointed. The service was excellent! The atmosphere left us slightly disappointed as well. There was a large party seated across from us and they were so loud, we had to practically yell at each other in order to have a conversation. I would suggest setting aside the dining area in the back corner for all the large parties, when possible, in order for smaller parties to enjoy their dinners and have pleasant conversations as they dine.

A good restaurant that has the potential to be truly amazing. I visited here a couple of times and each time I was a little underwhelmed with the food on the basis it is upmarket and quite expensive. I will say the place, interior and design is exceptionally beautiful, the staff are fantastic, they offer some outstanding wines and an impressive range of whiskeys. If you have the money, it’s definitely worth a visit!

We called for a reservation, but we were told that they were full, but to please visit anyway, because they had tables in the bar area that might be available. And that was correct - we got a table in the lounge, and had great service, as well as an excellent meal. My son and husband each had a fantastic steak, while I had scallops and my brother-in-law had salmon. I chose this restaurant on a whim, so I was so happy to have an exceptional dinner there. We'll be back.

My wife and I went here on our anniversary weekend and had a wonderful time. Unfortunately I do not recall the servers name who was great and very helpful with recommendations. The food was absolutely amazing. Stark's is a typical steak house with the sides all being extra. We started with the Potato Skin Fondue, which is just stupid how good it is. I had the ribeye steak and my wife and the sea scallops. Even though there were just the two of us we went with the creamed spinach, four cheese mac, and the loaded baked potato. They also have a great wine selection too!
