Michael L. created an atmosphere of bliss. Walking in to the crowded BJs I wondered if I made the right choice but as soon as Michael L. greeted me with his kind smile I know the whole experience would be wonderful. His attention to detail, his kind compassion, and his willingness to go above and beyond truly show the strength of his character. This location is lucky to have such an incredible asset to their team. Thank you for everything- I’ll be back soon! Fries are also great!

We had just flown into SFO from Maui before head north to Mendocino. As we approached Petaluma, hunger was taking ahold of all of us. We called BJ'S to find out that they close at 11pm.
We arrived at about 10:30 and even though they were closing in about 30 minutes, we were greeted kindly, well taken care of and not once rushed.
Our waitress, Jessica, was really friendly and helpful in helping us make our food choices once we told her which items we were considering.
My daughter loved the Root beer Glazed Ribs, my wife had the Bbq Chopped Salad, I devoured the Parmesan Chicken and we shared a side of fries. We all enjoyed our selections and they were perfect portions, hitting the spot. I had the Hopstorm IPA and highly recommended it. Not to heavy but hoppy enough with a hint of citrus.
This was my fourth time eating at BJ'S and I have enjoyed it each time. Four for four! Nice atmosphere, busy at lunch time but the service is quick enough for lunch while you are working. Huge variety to choose from, nice bar and a really good selection of beers.
*Just had lunch here recently, had no idea there are several locations. Lunch was great during busy Sunday.
Okay listen up, the nachos appetizer is for no less than 4 people! Made a mistake and ordered for 3 and have so much left over. You think you’re not too hungry and just order apps, big mistake pal! These portions are for giants. Also the sweet tri tip flavor profile didn’t go too well with the nachos.

Emily was an amazing server. The food was amazing.
Visited again yesterday, 12/23, I don't know our server name. She didn't give it. My granddaughter ordered steamed broccoli 🥦, sent back twice, first time raw not even warm, second time warmed in microwave (warm in middle) third time steamming hot and the color had changed finally. My sandwich is missing aioli sauce and smashed. Bummer
The service was fantastic, shout out to john!! I got the asian salad and it was good, the chicken was tasty. Although it had a bit too much dressing for my taste. The strawberry shortbread pazoookie was really good. The only issue I have is that if you want avocado rolls and the couscous mac and cheese balls go earlier since they do run out. If you are a bigger person the booths are a bit small and hard to get into.
After securing a business deal, my supervisor took our team to BJ's for lunch. It was a great choice. The restaurant is extraordinary. The luxurious ambiance, great food and service, made a special occasion an even more memorable one.
Salmon was very salty, most of the beer selection of beer we chose was sold out but, the server maryann was quick, responsive and made every attempt to rectify the situation. In the end we were happy.
The food was delicious the atmosphere is fun and sporty, but still family friendly. They seemed a little short staffed but Danielle, our server rolled with the punches and remained calm while hustling to make sure orders got out and tabled got served. I would recommend this place and will definitely come back.
Aneesa was our server and she was amazing! Our food took a while but she checked up with us multiple times! The soda machine also went out and she offered alternate beverages for free! She made our mediocre experience a great experience!
Food was good. My wife found a bit of plastic in her salad. The manager was very nice and no harm done.
Connie A. was a fantastic server that attended to all of our needs even though she was serving many other tables as well. She's a very nice lady that deserves a shout out!
Tony was an absolutely amazing server!! He had phenomenal suggestions and such a great attitude! We will definitely be coming back!
