The cascabel style fries are SO GOOD! Mac n cheese was creamy, cheesy and delicious. I always order the chicken taquitos because they are always super crunchy and tasty. Our favorite part for sure was the margaritas. They have seasonal flavors so make sure to ask your server about the margarita of the month. 🤩
I accidentally ordered the wrong dish and the staff was kind and understanding. I had the nachos and they were the best I've had.
You know those restaurants where every time you go, you order the same thing because you it's always so good?
That's how I feel about the Quesadillas at Cascabel. The portions are huge, and the Cascabel fries and salad give a great variety of food and flavors on the plate.
Love the chips, love the salsa/sauce.
Margarita's are on point, or Sangria when I want to switch it up.

Authentic Mexican cuisine yet very accessible to the American palate. Nice plating, perfectly-sized portions, and distinct but subtle flavors. I tried the chicken fajitas, which was grilled yet moist and tender. I need to come back for their chicken molé...the waitress warned me that the molé took 23 minutes to prepare but was worth it.
First time going to Cascabel. The service was excellent. We had a very attentive server. The food was very good. So many flavors on each dish. Fresh and delicious all around. Prices were reasonable and portions were plentiful. We had a large party and they were accommodating and efficient. Will definitely return.
Amazing food and great service. I got the veggie burrito and hisbiscus drink - was lovely. There's a shaded outdoor area which I enjoyed too
I had a family dinner at Cascabel in Montgomery Village. The main dining room was convivial and noisy, so we were in a rather plain but quiet side room. Nonetheless, we had excellent service. Our server explained the dishes and was very attentive and friendly.
The margarita list and flights of tequila and mezcal look delicious, but I had beer. My dish Arroz a la Tumbada was superb: mussels, prawns and fish served over rice with a medium spicy sauce that tasted of guajillo chiles. Highly recommended. Others had enchiladas, which I tasted. The sauces were very good, but overall the dishes seemed a bit tired. My advice is to order the more adventurous dishes.

Cascabel has an amazing happy hour. I always get margaritas, chicken quesadilla, taqueria, and the cascabel fries. Yum! Also, the service is always great.
My mom and I went here for dinner. We had the chicken tinga tacos. There amazing and will go back again. The guacamole was so tasty and the chips were awesome as well.
Met friends for happy hour and had a good time. The drinks were good and so was the food. We had a good time.
Went only for drinks.. Great selection of tasty Margaritas. Also had chips, salsa and guacamole. I loved the salsa and guacamole. The chips were acutely fried flour tortilla pieces, which tasted delicious but having regular corn chips or both would have been great for those who want a whole grain option. Not many vegetarian and no vegan options for meal. Being a vegetarian and vegan fam, this is not an option for family dinner. Otherwise, great service!

Some of the fanciest Mexican food I've ever eaten. The chips were excellent but the salsa was a little weak, has a little flavor but not spicy like at all. Drinks were on point tho and the bartender was super nice and engaging.
Came here for happy hour nachos and margaritas. The nachos were excellent, tons of flavor, lots of delicious ingredients and an all around hit. Margaritas we're tasty as well. Will definitely be back
Great staff, beautiful interior, really good food.
The carnitas tacos were delicious and so were all the salsa varieties. The chips were also really tasty. The drinks were also really well made too, we got a margarita and sangria, both very tasty.
