One of the best Italian Delis I have ever been to, if you are in Santa Rosa or passing by I highly recommend this place. Give it a try you won't be disappointed.
Everything is amazing. Food, service, quality, quantity and prices. The place has never been better since Lou arrived! I will never use another Italian caterer ever! Make sure you try the crab ravioli. Tired Moms.....get the low cost, prepared meals to go!
The food and service was above outstanding. We ordered different items on the menu. It was sample time at the table. It was nice to be treated graciously. If you are ever in Santa Rosa? Consider it a place to try.
I just found this place and I won't be going anywhere else for my sandwiches and raviolis or lasagna, they are so friendly when I brought 4 of my friend in for lunch, we ate outside on the tables and the owner came out to make sure we were all alright, You don't find that anymore. The food is so good, like I said before I will not be going anywhere else.
This place is amazing, it is casual dining that is so personal. The workers are always so friendly and make an effort to connect with everyone. And the food is amazing! You defiantly can't beat this place. I come here every chance I get.

I just learned of this deli/market recently, and have already made several purchases for us and for parties we've hosted. Everything they have is amazingly good. But I am especially enraptured by their cannoli. They are to die for! They make them up fresh for you as you order. They take real pride in their food, and it shows. Now I can't stop thinking about cannoli...!!

We have had a luncheon catered and we stop in every now and then to eat and the food is always amazing! The place is always clean and smells so good. I love the family feel walking in seeing everyone's smile. Thank you!!
Tonight was our first visit and we will definitely be coming back again. Tri-Tip family meal with cheese ravioli, garlic bread and a house salad. Everything was delicious, food was affordable and the service was fast and friendly.
They just catered our wedding this last weekend, and I can't say enough just how amazing they are! The food was incredible! Lou, his wife, and the catering staff added a fun, family touch to our day. They are extremely professional, but by the end, you feel like you're old friends! I will be back for every baby shower, holiday party, or just a lunch/dinner to go! It was absolutely perfect!
Stopped there for the first time after church today. Took home spinach risotto soup for lunch and lasagna for dinner. Multo bene!
Great food and nice staff! Delicious meatballs, the spinach cannelloni and meat lasagna were pretty tasty, and my purciuitto sandwich was just what I was looking for. I haven't had anything here I didn't like!
Excellent deli The sandwiches are great my wife had the Italian sub and I had the meatball sub excellent. But what did me in the end was the cannolis and the tiramisu very very good I went back the next day to get more cannolis. They also make homemade potato chips with your grade. And of course the raviolis are awesome and they have frozen raviolis that you can take home and cook whenever you want with your own sauce or with theirs. The minestrone soup is very good too and so are there little Italian donuts. Canterberries has been there since about 1929. Make sure you stop by and give it a try it's definitely worth it I wouldn't steer you wrong. Make sure you say hi to Lou.
The most amazing, authentic Italian food I have had since my Italian grandmas. The meat raviolis and meatball sandwich were absolutely delicious. The pistachio ricotta cake was light, delicious, and simple the perfect end to our meal.
We now have a favorite, must stop place to eat whe we travel. (And I'm sure we'll be making special trips down just for their food) ❤️

Fantastic! What a sandwich! We shared the Italian sub and also got some deviled eggs and cannoli. The bread is perfectly soft and understated, thin enough to bring out the salty salami, mortadella, and gabagool, complemented so well by the muffuletta. So good. The deviled eggs are also very delicious. Tiny amount of shell left on it but who cares. Perfectly crispy and excellent cannoli that made me realize how often the ones I get elsewhere are stale. I wish it were a little tiny bit lighter on the orange flavor but it’s still probably the best I’ve had so, again, doesn’t really matter. All told, freaking awesome, five-star. Oh, and the staff were fun with great vibes plus they have so many marvelous take-out deli goodies. Go here and fill your face full of sandwich! You will not regret it!
Not your traditional deli. This is an Italian food deli. They have sandwiches sure but that’s not all. Hot pastas and cool deserts are on hand. Don’t skip the daily specials they are always good. They also have a selection of take and bake items including an impressive assortment of ravioli. You need to try this place.
Went and picked up a meat ravioli pesto with spaghetti Marinara. It smelt delicious... And although I wrecked my rig before I got a taste, the smell of my meal spred over the hot asphalt kept me present minded on the side of the road while waiting for medical help. Can't wait to go back! The cheesecake also looked pretty tasty! Good service.
I like to get their ravioli for a quick easy weeknight dinner. Great sandwiches, love their Italian Sub. Gabagool! And of course don't forget the canolli.
Amazing food and very friendly staff! I got the pulled pork sandwich and potato salad. Definitely great the day of and for leftovers the following day. Highly recommend
I headed straight to Canevari's Delicatessen after giving the Eldoradosta Spanglittimyer device to my pal Vittorio Spiglatelli, he says he's going to use it on his neighbors eyebrows...I don't know if that's a good idea, but I left it alone.
Canevari's has great sandwiches, perhaps the best in Santa Rosa that's why I always stop while in town.
Great service the lovely ladies today made sure that we had ALL we needed to enjoy the lobster ravioli we bought OMG YUM! 😋I can't wait to go back and try all the other special things every thing from the sandwiches to the desserts!
I've gotten the veggie lasagna and minestrone soup, my hubby got the trip tip sandwich. I'm not even a fan of minestrone soup but this recipe is awesome. Hit the spot on a day I wasn't feeling so well. I'm a light eater too, so the delicious lasagna last me 2 days. Portions were perfect sizes. Owner and staff very delightful.
Best chicken parm sandwich! Only on Tuesdays! Amazing homemade chips too. Chocolate raspberry cheesecake is a must!

Lou and his crew make everything real special and nice. I’m all about the sandos here, although the raviolis are wicked too. Great place to eat and chill with friends. Chicken parm is king, but you cannot go wrong here.
