Had only sushi. Spicy tuna roll was good. The couple we ate with mentioned they had previously gotten the love boat, and they thought it was well worth the price. All the other sushi rolls tasted good (the more expensive ones were prettier), and although a bit pricey, the price is fair for Santa Ros

The food was delicious, fresh ingredients, beautiful presentation and the price is right. They offer great lunch specials even on weekends. Will be going back for sure.
Sushi is awesome. My wife got the chicken terreyaki and it was underwhelming but I would consider this place a sushi restaurant first which they definitely exceed at.
Appetizers very good; best agedashi tofu in long years. Excellent quality fish. The Hamachi and the Uni stood out.

Reasons to like: my shellfish allergic husband had zero reaction from cross contamination. They used a clean board and clean knife and that's amazing. The appetizers were absolutely delicious.

My go-to place for sushi in this area. I have recommended all my friends here. Bluefish is always consistent in quality and taste. Highly recommend: the chirashi bowl, sashimi salad, all their boats, the crazy dragon roll, bluefish roll, and scallop roll.
