Placed a larger order only to wait 5 min and then told there was no chicken. But they were serving drive thru non stop slow of corse but then I was told they were busy on drive thru and it would be 25 min on more chicken, unless I wanted tenders instead. I was on lunch break and could not wait so I said that's fine. I still waited 30 more min for food and was not happy since I was late for work now. No manager in the store, one employee not waring gloves dropped a ottle in the gravy the fished it out and continued to serve the gravy. I pointed this out they said it was OK. Long story short I will not go back to this KFC ever again and I don't recommend anyone else going there either
Linda, is a an true example of great customer service. I didn't realized that if you don't get a receipt, then your meal is free. I called the next day and the gentleman handed Linda the phone and told me to stop by, when I was there she was on point with everything and got me my free meal. Thank you Linda!
I've been going here for the Diablo IV and KFC collab. They're pretty fast at having the order ready for pick up.
The food was good as usual but the interaction with 3 staff members was poor. No greetings. Young man was at the register and the counter... didn't know how to add items to order so he had to get young woman. She did not greet, did not smile, then an older woman took over and told the next woman in line that she was Mad. Got the tenders for two and didn't get the extra biskets we ordered. They just didn't seem to be happy serving customers.
Melody and kayla have me yet another great experience I'm starting to lose count! Everybody is friendly and makes sure I have everything I need but these girls make me smile even on bad days. The food is always good too I come at random times and it's delicious on the regular
Good service and friendly employees. One of the cleanest KFC franchises. We travel across town to go to this restaurant because it is so much nicer than the one on Cleveland Ave. that is close to our house.

Let's just say we walked in I really really wanted path kfc. Would like to change that the place was a disaster area messi is an understatement. Waiting for a meal was about 15 minutes. Went to get a drink and the area for the drinks was stacked full of garbage wrappers everywhere poplinds were all gone except for a few That were covered in pop. Every table was covered in food But one table so we sat at the clean table which was right next to where the line is. When we got our food we started to eat and people started leaning over the where the table was with or backs to us in their hair which was gross. I just turn sideways finish my meal and as I was waiting for my hobby to get done with his food I felt really bad about the mess because they were so busy they did not have someone to clean so I got up and cleaned up the whole pop area restock with Lids Straws From under-the-counter that I Found and no I do not work here. Just because a place is a mess Does not necessarily mean of the bad place

My husband and I went through drive thru, we ordered and receive d our food within 2 minutes, then we were off to eat at home.
