We had a pleasant experience here last night. The calamari was just bits and pieces so a bit disappointing. Our main meal Gorgonzola Crusted Beef Medallions were delicious. Our server was friendly and attentive. He even let me try 2 kinds of wine to see which one I wanted to order.

This is our favorite place to go! The outside is beautiful and the food is delicious! Good service, so far. Everything I have ordered on the menus I have not been disappointed!! The appetizers are my favorite.
I loved it!. I ordered the pasta both times. It was delicious. I also ordered their chopped salad and it was very good. My wife was not as happy with her food but I liked this restaurant.

First class all the way. The food was first class. We started with a Calamari appetizer, very tender with two types of dipping sauces. It was a big hit. For my main course I had the Gorgonzola Crusted Bistecca, a 14oz strip steak. You can also get it as an 8oz fillet. I do not often have steak so this was a real treat, plus the excellent Gorgonzola crust made it uniquely special. Cooked perfectly with a couple of sides, it was a delicious and filling entrée. We had a variety of dishes at our table and everyone was very pleased. I have posted photos of those dishes.
The place was first class. Recently opened at UTC, BRIO is a large appealing restaurant with an outside entrance. It was busy but we had reservations and were seated without a wait. We found everyone at the hostess stand to be very nice and accommodating. Great visits to upscale restaurants often start with a welcoming greeting.
Service was first class. Our server was pleasant and knowledgeable, the pace of the meal good. All the usual server actions went on without incident. While our experience was excellent, a table next to us had an issue with something overcooked, and overhearing I was impressed how it was handled to the customer’s satisfaction by BRIO.
Many things factor into a restaurant experience, from the food to the place to the service, your mood, the company you are with...many things. I bought the good mood and great company, the restaurant provided the rest.

Where to start this is probably some of the best food I've ever had in a long time. My hats off to the sous chef And the chef and the staff. Very friendly very nice atmosphere. I ordered the lasagna and let me tell you I am a chef myself and my specialty is lasagna. But hands down that's the best lasagna I've ever eaten. It's very soft and tender on the inside but it had a few crunchy spots on the outside which is really good. And it wasn't made the traditional way. There was nothing left on my plate not even sauce. And the bread with the butter was to die for it was nice and crunchy on the outside but very soft on the inside and the butter was perfect not too hard just right and soft. And my waitress was amazing beautiful too. This guy actually made me think that I should become a food critic cuz I love to eat food. I'll definitely be bringing my girlfriend here for sure when she comes to the US next year. By the way the outside and the inside atmosphere is phenomenal including a little fireplaces they have outside. I would have tried to search but I'm diabetic so I avoid sure as much as I can. But I'll be back for sure
Customer service with excellent food with delicious. I recommend. If you're in Sarasota to come down and try it, you will not be disappointed and the great food they Offer keep up the great work.
Great place. We ate inside because it was too windy outside. Very attentive waiter. Our food was cooked perfectly and delivered promptly. I had the Lobster and Shrimp Fettuccine. The seafood was tender and the sauce was tasty.
The service provide by Brio Tuscany Grille was just phenomenal. Kara which was our server was great. She was friendly, very knowledgeable of the menu, sweet & charismatic. The food was out of this world delicious. Executive Chef Josue came through with a great smile & super friendly. I had the Chicken Limone & I must admit Executive Chef Josue made it with love because it taste amazing. Let's not talk about the appetizers & the desserts, delicious cannot describe it enough. I will definitely be back & I recommend anyone in the area to visit this place. You will not regret it.
This is place is GREAT!! Atmosphere is chill but the staff is AMAZING and so super friendly!! I love coming and relaxing with the staff. It touches my heart that they remember me. I’m not at Brio’s often as I live 35-45 minutes away but it is so worth the drive
My favorite dish is Sausage Rigatoni Arrabbista and I ask for it to be prepared with fresh mozzarella it changes the whole profile of the dish making it extra creamy. It just melts in your mouth
Chef Josue always knows how to please!! His service is unmatched. Food is superb and for their prices 100% worth it!! Do yourself a favorite and visit this lovely establishment in Sarasota, FL
Food is absolutely delicious! Service is great also... Definitely go for a special occasion, or just to go out to eat good food, and don't skip dessert!
Noel is a wonderful server! Kind, friendly, and helpful! My sister has a food allergy and Noel made sure to speak to the kitchen to safeguard my sister's health. The kitchen folks were very accommodating! Thanks to all!
The service in general was really good. I rated less just because it was very slow. But he took care.of all us in a very good way, gave us good recommendations and everything came exactly as we ordered. The food was excellent for every body 😋

I have reviewed, BRIO previously, I'm surprised they're letting me do it again!
But I tried, nevertheless, because each time I've been there, it's consistently excellent. This past week, we asked for gluten-free and dairy free everything for my partner. (A real challenge because it's an Italian restaurant). Note to management.
I know you have gluten-free pasta, but please add vegan cheese to your kitchen. You will get more business and we will be back more often.
We ended up with a gorgeous piece of salmon on top of a bed of sweet potatoes and spinach, with asparagus. My partner was thrilled. I don't think she left a drop on the plate, I had possibly the best chicken piccata I ever had and mashed potatoes and broccolini that was cooked perfectly. I took home enough to share with my sister for lunch the next day! Honestly! (There is also loaf of sourdough bread… I didn't even try to resist ha ha, maybe that's why. )
Ambience was excellent, and price is fair. It's one of my go to restaurants in Sarasota, which is rife with choices.
Their happy hour deal is amazing! Sat at the bar and had Miguel as our bartender, he was great! Very personable and made great drinks! $7 burger and $6 martinis for happy hour is a steal!

Brio is my favorite! My daughter took me to lunch for an early, less hectic Mother's Day lunch! Really loved the food... the server was very slow and not attentive, must have been a bad day for her.
