Stopped for an impromptu dinner while perusing St. Armands. So glad we did!!! I more than enjoyed The Trio. My wife and I have been here multiple times and we have had a great experience every time. The service is great. We think that the food here is the best in the circle. The other places are in the circle are over rated but this place is the real deal. The vibe is great too!

I have been here before and it is always good. Great Italian food and nice atmosphere. Prices are not bad for this area. I was surprised to see some negative reviews—I have never had the experiences that they mention. We went for dinner and everything was excellent as I remembered.
Le Colonne has been consistently excellent on all our visits. The food is classic homemade Italian. The service is always friendly and helpful. There is indoor and outdoor dining as well as a bar.
Food is excellent but pricey. "European style" meal size. Good selection of Italian wines - we enjoyed a bottle of Super Tuscan. A couple of service hiccups did not overshadow an overall great experience.
