My first time diner here. I took my parents to listen to the live music of Patti Highland. She performs Saturdays from 5-8:30 p.m. outside under a large well built Tiki Hut. We all enjoyed our dinners and were well taken care of by Eric our waiter. Patti was fantastic as a singer. We are BIG fans of her. There was a nasty smell when I stepped into the restaurant. I am thankful my parents never went in. I hope this smell gets addressed immediately.
We were a party of 10. We were promptly accommodated and sat down to a great dinner. The menu was traditional Florida with plenty of seafood and plenty of beef and pork. The appetizers were wonderful. The service was great and our meal was memorable.
It took a while for my order to be taken, but both waitresses were friendly. I had ribs and chips and onion rings. The onion rings were a bit too 'bready', but the RIBS WERE GREAT. Seriously, the bone came clean off.
Food was great and service was awesome. The view and the jumping fish were just as good
Tried this place for the first time and was not disappointed. The burgers were delicious and the Philly cheese steak was to die for. Our server Heather was fast courteous and very attentive. I will definitely hit this place again before going home.
This place is awesome for lunch! We didn’t get to experience it during dinner but lunch was great! Food was incredible and the view while you ate was amazing! Service was great everyone smiled and was very nice. If you are hanging out at turtle beach I would make sure you walk over here to eat!
Had the half rack of ribs with coconut shrimp and a calamari appetizer.
Ribs were tasty, tender and very good! Coconut Shimp was freaking amazing, served w pineapple puree on the side.
Calamari was very good. Loved the outside bar, friendly and welcoming... also a suitable family atmosphere!! Staff was courteous and prompt! Hop the trolley to this Grill, you will be glad you did...🤩...

Nothing not to like about this location. Food is good and reasonably priced for the Key. Enjoy the music and the atmosphere. Laid back and casual. We usually get Patrick as our waiter and he is stellar. Fast, efficient and always a smile or kind word to share.
Great food and great views!! They were able to accommodate our party of 5 in the outdoor patio.
This is not a 5-star review because it is the best restaurant my family and I have been to. It’s a 5-star review because the food, was delicious, Armando, our waiter, was great, the atmosphere outside was pleasant, and the prices were reasonable - all things considered. The ahi tuna was a great first for us; and the mahi mahi and grouper my daughters had were, well, they cleaned their plates. The Turtle Beach Grill is an unassuming restaurant with, from our experience, good food. With this being our initial stop during our first visit to “The Key”, we have to say we are pleased.
We stopped in here on while vacationing in the area and after just 1 visit we were hooked, all 5 of us adults and kids!!! So much so that we went back 3 other times!!! Armando (really hope that's spelled right) is a fantastic server and human. He gave us great recommendations of food we were thinking of ordering, gave us some great area info, was funny, kind and just a pleasure to talk to. Heck we even told someone walking in as we were leaving to request him! If you're looking for great food go here you won't be disappointed!!! Parking is small but if you're lucky like us you will be in a condo nearby that you can just walk.
One of our favorite places on siesta key. We have never been disappointed. The coconut shrimp is so yummy. Price is reasonable for a seafood place near the beach. It was nice to sit outside even in May and enjoy live music.
