We went on Sunday afternoon and it wasn’t busy. Service is efficient and professional. The bread and tapenade that came before the meal was very tasty. The pizzas were fairly large for a lunch portion which was nice. I highly recommend this spot for good food and service with a great view.
This restaurant “ Cafe EPICURE “ is a nice place for authentic Italian dishes. Most of us are new to this place and food. Staff are Good and Services are Great. We a team of 15 members enjoyed the great food.
Went for a nightcap only. Bartender was friendly, great service. Their house Old fashioned could use a higher quality, higher proof bourbon to greatly add to the taste profile of the drink. The Old Fashioned gets higher points for presentation.

Authentic Italian restaurant in downtown Sarasota. Excellent food and service at this sidewalk café. we had the Bolognese and Insalata di Mare. Both were exceptional. a couple of glasses of wine to wag it down. Nice little find. Update: we stopped a second time because the food was so good. Lasagna
Italian restaurants are not my favorite, but can't deny I had a great time here. The staff is awesome. The food was delicious, even the spinach sauté was a little salty I do understand it happens. Completely ok. The environment is excellent. I really enjoyed my stay.
This lovely downtown cafe has great sidewalk seating and nice indoor decor. The Chicken Parmesan with pasta was excellent. So was the Caprese Salad. The Bloody Mary was delicious. Our server Bill was super nice and provided excellent service. The location on Mainstreet is close to lots of nice shop
LOVED MY OCTOPUS 🐙 and my mom loved her salmon. Dish presentation is good. The free bread and their olive spead was good too!! Will definitely go back for more octopus or to explore their menu. Excellent location. Our server could have been more attentive/faster.

This is a really great date place. Sit at the bar and chat it up with Alyssa. She’s great. Pizza is made in brick oven near bar. Beet salad is excellent
Visiting from Raleigh with 10 other women and this was a wonderful dining experience! The food was delicious - appetizers to dessert! I wish I had taken a picture of our food. We didn’t wait a long time for our food. Everything was correct and the server was so friendly. The atmosphere was relaxing
The most consistent restaurant in Sarasota. The quality of food has never changed since I first tried it in 2008. The burger, only available at luck, is really excellent (juicy, flavorful, grey bun). The insalata di mare is fabulous and so is the vitello tonnato. The pastas and pizzas are great. Amo
We originally just stopped in for a cocktail. Then we saw they had wood fired pizza. We had already eaten but we got one to try and it was excellent. Can't wait to go back and have dinner someday. Diego, the bartender was nice.
Great experience. The drinks tasted good and strong. All the food was great. The meal comes with a bread basket with butter and olive spread. Pasta Entrees had plenty of pasta in them but not too much. Two drinks and two pastas cost about $70. My boyfriend got lasagne and I got the Farfalle alla Vod
