Great evening. It had been a long time since I last visited a restaurant with Teppanyaki style cooking. I still remember when the Benihana restaurant chain did it back decades ago and I still like the little show that accompanies the meal. No kids at our community table tonight so it was not an elaborate show, but the banging of utensils and the eruption of the onion volcano was still great.
I also enjoyed watching the cooking. We had a variety of food and it was interesting to see how organized everything was. The clear soup was delicious, the salad not so much. For my steak and chicken combo the steak was perfectly cooked and the chicken was good. They didn’t cook a big pile of bean sprouts at the end, I kind of missed that.
Our cook did fine, nice guy and did well. Our server was very personable and I thoroughly enjoyed his attention and his joking around.
It was plenty of food, yet, in the end we got dessert. The tempura ice cream was so popular we ordered more. It was a great evening.
Perfection. As My wife and I walked in we were instantly welcomed. service was great. The cooking was entertaining and spot on. Thank you and we will return soon
Amazing food and great service! Masa is the best chef! Whether you sit at the bar and have sushi or hibachi it's all delicious and fun! I love the live piano music

Greatest japaneese food in town, but the prices are way too high
Excellent Hibachi and great atmosphere. Love love love the fried rice and the double filet meal. Just oh so so good. The shrimp appetizer is delish. The house special dessert is to die for. Also, after diner go visit the piano man for an after dinner drink. Love the ambience and the food. Better than the other joints in town.

Daruma is one of the best Japanese restaurants I have ever been to. The chefs are great at the teppen yaki tables, and I love their fried rice and steak. A must for Japanese food lovers.

DaRuMa always seems to hit the spot when I need a quick sushi fix. And with a total bill of under $40, you can't really beat the value. Plus, the place is so big, you rarely have to wait for a table (except during peak snowbird season, of course). Although now that my "secret" is out of the bag - maybe that will change!
Beautiful and clean restaurant. Friendly service. Typical Japanese steakhouse menu with full bar. Chefs put on a fun show with many tricks. Table next to us was celebrating a birthday and chef paid extra attention to them and recognized the birthday person. Efficient service with reservations recommended. Lots of free parking.
The Chef cooked everything perfect and I can't remember the last time I had such amazing service. Victoria was attentive, sincere, and genuinely cares about the customers. You can't fake that! All around a great experience

Took my husband here for his birthday and had an AH-MAZING night. Wasn’t expecting it to be what it turned out to be, it ended up being the best hibachi we’ve had with a great chef! Jackie was awesome and made our experience the best it could’ve been! Thank you for an awesome time!
We went here for an anniversary dinner. They cook all the food directly in front of us. The grill is attached to the tables. The server did all kinds of cool tricks and even did cool fires. The food was excellent and the service was fast and the tables were clean. Love this place! 😊
Peaceful, romantic ambiance. Me and my fiance had a wonderful waitress named Angela. The food was spectacular!
Got seated right away in the sushi lounge which we really liked because it's almost like a private dining area, more intimate and near the piano bar , which added to the ambiance. We like it that you could sit in the piano area and have cocktails. The sushi was very good and Shane our server was spot on. Even the lady at the hostess desk was tops, she made sure we liked our choice of seats and was accommodating to our request.
Daruma is a great place to take the family for a great dinner with a little entertainment. The chefs are great at what they do, and look like they all have fun doing it. As many times as I have been to this place, I've never had any issues with the service. Everyone is extremely friendly. The food is very good, and you get a lot of it. So either bring a big appetite or plan to bring some home for lunch the next day. I highly recommend eating here.
Went out for a dinner date. The food came out quickly as we went with the traditional dining to get a table for two instead of a big group setting with the hibachi. Server did well and was training another person and did good too. The fish was fresh on our roll which was great and my wife really enjoyed her drink as well. If your craving a bit higher end Japanese food then check this place out!
Grandson and I had a wonderful time! Our chef was absolutely outstanding and was so sweet and accommodating with the seniors and youngsters at our table! Has fried rice, shrimp and scallops which was a good choice. Came with soup salad and green tea. The fried rice was extra $6.50 but was very tasty! Great place for family but if I was a couple I would go very late to avoid the large number of families dining at 7pm.
The only housemade yum yum sauce and ginger salad dressing I want. Awesome hibachi experience with steak, chicken and grouper 🤤
Very beautiful place to visit. Meals are super delicious. Their green tea and soup are out of this world have to try that again. Their crab cakes are mouthwatering. Definitely revisiting.

Our overall experience was definitely only better thanks to the great server we had, Alex. He was super polite and attentive from the beginning to the end, top notch service. Thank you Alex! Hibachi itself was I would say good and chef put decent show, but would I come again in the next 6 months because of it or the food they prepare on the grill, probably no. Plus if you aren’t the only one at the hibachi grill and if sharing the space with somebody like bigger groups and families, it can be a little tight. But I would come back to try something different. Sushi I got as an appetizer was real good, so I would probably get it from here again sometime. Also really liked the soup and salad served with entrées, tuna steaks we got were fresh and prepared as we requested, I tried edamame for the first time and I wasn’t disappointed. I saw bunch of comments concerning the cleanliness of the place, I would say that the only thing I noticed when I was there was that the restroom could probably have been cleaner, it’s kinda rusty and in one of the three stalls toilet was broken. Everything else was good. Overall rate for the restaurant and the food 4\5.
We loved it here! My siblings and I had so much fun and our chef was excellent and was very attentive and playful with the kids! Would recommend to anyone trying to find an eventful place to take kids! Thank you guys so much for the amazing service and for delicious food that was made in an extravagantly fun way! 😊 oh and not to mention the pianist they had was a perfect touch to the perfect evening!
