First time here, many more to come. I got the Tuesday special Chicken Fricase to-go and it was absolutely fantastic, chicken was tender and falling off the bone, rice was perfect and the soup left me wanting another bowl.. or two. Plantains were delicious. I think I’ve found my new go to place for good food, left me fully satisfied after a long days work.

Wonderful food and friendly staff. Tamales were amazing, and the flan was perfect. Nothing fancy about the looks of place other than you felt at home for some wonderful Cuban food.

My hostess greeted me right away. She didn't speak much English, but enough to get the job done which made me assured that I was going to get authentic Cuban sandwich. The signage outside insists they are the home of the cuban. The sandwich was quite good. It was grilled and pressed it the traditional style. I ordered fries and fresh brewed ice tea. The fries were not salted, so salt them yourself. The service was pleasant and prompt. After tip it was about 22 dollars and that was for the grande cuban. There was a sign inside that suggested daily specials, so I recommended glancing at them for that.

Outstanding restaurant. Excellent fast and friendly service. The food is exceptionally good. We were here before the pandemic and had Cuban Sandwhiches that were stellar. Today, we opted for the sampler (Croquettas, Yuca Fritas, & Tamale). Also had the Saturday special, Churrasco Steak with the usual sides including Cuban toast. Yes, a lot of food for 2 people, we didn't leave hungry for sure.

Enjoyed some Cubans, tostones and flan. First time at this establishment, the food and service was good. It was more expensive than I had imagined for lunch, but I suppose that's the world we live in today. I think they were having AC issues as they had portable units, but it was comfortable. I'd definitely go back and try something else.

Every single visit is great. The service is always friendly. Their prices are very reasonable. The size the portion they give you is very good. The food has always been fresh, they even let you sample if you aren’t sure what a specific dish tastes like. Their dolce leche cake is also amazing

This is every be much a mom and pop restaurant but don't let the looks fool you. This was my first time going to a Cuban restaurant and I wasn't disappointed by the hype around the food. The Cuban Sandwich has a unique yet familiar flavor that almost anyone will love.

We love Cafe Havana and have been coming for lunch and dinners for a few years! We are not Spanish speaking, so that posed a slight problem with our first waitress, but they quickly switched and all was well! I had the pork dinner, so yummy with the onions and yellow rice and plantains. Enough to take home. Husband: Cuban sandwich and black bean soup Friend: grilled Basa. Very reasonably priced. You will not get a more generous pour on the wine anywhere else in our area!😊

Superb quality Cuban sandwich and excellent high octane coffee. Had a double meat Cuban and a double colatta coffee. Didn't fall asleep until 3:30am! Great service and a great Cuban-American family owned business. It doesn't get more authentic than this except for possibly in Havana. One suggestion, I didn't see sangria on the menu... I would really enjoy a refreshing authentic sangria on a hot summer afternoon.

Tonight’s Cuban Crawl took us on a pilgrimage to 15th Street East and Cafe Havana. This place is AWESOME. I wasn’t sure what to expect (based on geolocation assumptions) but everything exceeded our expectations. Space was clean. Service was super friendly, attentive and laid back. Food came out quick. Prices were very fair. Portion sizes were ample. Food was outstanding. If you’re looking for a delicious Cuban sandwich, Cafe Havana is a totally safe bet.

Trust me that this place has amazing, authentic Cuban food. I tried the Cuban sandwich, and it was very good. I also had the pleasure of trying some Cuban coffee ☕️ and it was great! They were very busy when I walked in for lunch, but I was greeted immediately and sat at a booth within seconds of arriving.

Went there with my family to have breakfast and the food was great in some way it reminded me Puertorican breakfast with the stuffed potato (rellenos) their empanada (empanadillas) but best of all was the beef round empanadas that for us is called (pastelillos de carne ) those were really good!! I definitely recommend trying them!

I love it here! I feel like somebody’s grandmother is back there cooking because it’s so good. It’s inexpensive and I love the waiters they’re so wonderful. I’ve also use them for catering for a big company event. They were fast efficient and the best price. Plus everybody absolutely love the sweet plantains and chicken Diane.

Tried this out of curiosity. Was a bit out of the way from our beach day, but sooo worth it. Split a Cuban sandwich and yuca frita with my daughter and finished off with a cafe con leche and a guava pastry. All great. Served quickly and with a smile. (Even with the dining room full.). Will definitely be back to try a full dinner when I’m back in Florida. (Arroz moros looked delicious!)
