After a day at the beach. My family and I decided to come to eat in Bridges Resturant. It was inside the beautiful Hotel. There free parking and an amazing view. Are server tonight was amazing and super friendly. The food was on point. I had bake salmon with roasted potatoes and veggies. I would highly recommend this place. The menu price was a little pricey but it was worth it.
Everyone is so nice and the food is great. The flatbread with mozzarella and pesto was a favorite.
Great food and nice dining spot. Very helpful and polite staff
“Everybody deserves to eat Deli” says Executive Chef Solomon Schenker aka “Sol”. Dropped into Bridges Restaurant on a beautiful Sunday afternoon. Made our way up to the 8th floor to meet up with some friends. What a wonderful view especially out on the deck beside the pool. We ordered from the deli menu and two words sum it up, ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! I haven’t had a meal like that since my last visit to Carnegie Deli in NYC. The pictures only tell part of the story. Got to be my favourite deli restaurant in ALL of Florida (certainly the west coast of FL for sure!) Thx Sol for an absolutely delicious Sunday deli experience! We’ll be back often!
An amazing place that matches everything in this city! The meals are all very well served, the seasonings are unique and the desserts are sensational! I will be back for sure!
Tonight we had the Fra Diablo which had good taste. The main problem was the shrimp and some of the other seafood was overcooked. The dish seemed to be overcooked and was maybe was microwaved to heat it up. I should have probably ordered a sandwich. This is a Nice small restaurant though.
Best pastrami sandwich I’ve had since leaving NYC. Sol’s deli menu in the Bridges restaurant fills a void Sarasota sorely needs. His homemade cheesecake is FABULOUS!!!!!! This is a must.
Did not eat there but did have drinks during the manger's reception each night we were there. The bartender, Sinbad, was great! Made good G&Ts ! Even went back to see him after we returned from our evening out.
I loved the NY deli, the view and even the Caesar salad was exactly right.
If you want some of the best food in Sarasota this is where to go!! We have gone to Bridges a ton of times, I usually get the brisket sandwich. Seriously melt in your mouth best sandwich ever!! Sol's Deli menu is awesome!!! They also have put some tables outside a while back just adding to the amazing view from the inside. One of the best views in town. You can't leave without getting some of Sol's Cheesecake because if you haven't had it you are missing out on THE BEST cheesecake I have ever had. My kids get mad at me if I go and don't bring them a piece home!! We usually go for lunch but Dinner is amazing too!!!The sunset views are ridiculous and food is like I said some of the best in town!! They also have valet parking so you don't have to search for a spot!! Just go and check it out if you have not been yet..
I have had lunch here a few times and always get the liver wurst sandwich. I love it! I usually have to take it home and eat it for my next meal because of the size of the sandwich..deliciousness! Always consistent! Plus the view make this a win all around! If you like NY style deli, this is a great spot to indulge! You will definitely feel full when you roll out of there! Ohh don’t forget the cheesecake! Best anywhere!
This is bar-none the test Deli I have eaten in such a long time. The Matzo Ball Soup is perfect and the Matzo Ball would make my mother cry. The pastrami and corned beef is stacked high on an amazing rye and is topped off with a pickle that is fresh out of the barrel. I can’t say enough about it. The half sandwich and soup is enough but you will want to take some home and although I didn’t have the cheese cake the lady across the restaurant seemed to enjoy it loudly for everyone to hear. Sol has set a pretty high bar in this beautiful restaurant with amazing views.
If you want some awesome NEW YORK DELI Style food, This is the place! Great atmosphere and great service. The Pastrami melts in your mouth! The matzah ball soup is just like Nana used to make . Try the cheese cake it’s made fresh and it’s like nothing else you’ve ever had .Sol has outdone himself again! I recommend this place to anyone with good taste!👍👍👍😁😁😁❤️❤️❤️
My husband and I were excited to try Sol’s deli menu but also very skeptical, because finding good Jewish food outside of New York is almost impossible. If it was half as good as our memories from Carnegie Deli it would have been good enough, but we were BLOWN AWAY. We got a pastrami sandwich and a reuben, and both were melt-in-your-mouth good. Aside from the quality of the meat, what surprised us the most was the bread. Most deli sandwiches are made using the cheap, grocery store pre-sliced stuff. This bread was thick-sliced, buttery and tasted like straight out of some high-end bakery. So good! I would be happy just to eat a bunch of that buttered toasted bread to be honest. Oh, and we also had the matzoh ball soup which was better than my late great-grandma’s and that’s saying a lot. Thanks Sol for bringing a piece of Jewish tradition to a not very Jewish part of Florida so that I can enjoy the taste of my childhood without having to catch a plane back to the homeland. We’ll be back soon!
Sim bad is a great bartender with fantastic people skills. He works hard and always aims to please. I observed his work ethic and communication with customers creating a good vibe!
