I have one of the "Free Frosty Jr when you make a purchase" key fobs, and I always buy a small fry to get the free Frosty after I take my tried service dog (and his little brother) down to the oncologist very for his chemo. We celebrate having made it through another morning of fasting and chemo by sharing the fries and I enjoy the free Frosty, as we drive home. Sometimes we stop to see Daddy at work, depending on if the boys need a potty break. (Today they did not)
This is not our usual Wendy's. For some reason I was busy doing something else when we buzzed by our regular Wendy's, so we stopped at this one instead. I don't think we'll stop here again.
The gentleman running the drive thru didn't seem to know what the Free Frosty key fob was, and he made me repeat myself 3 times (not because he was being funny because it's so difficult to say, either π). Then, they gave me about a billion napkins, which I didn't even need, because the fries weren't even salted, so they weren't "finger licking good" (to quote another fast food restaurant). They WERE nice and hot, though, and they did have flavor, even though there was no salt. The salt would have made them the BEST, though.
If you can't have salt on your fries, Wendy's are definitely the ones to order!
So, 4π because they were fast, and fresh, be and hot, and the Frosty was good and cold, but minus oneπ, because I've been to better Wendy's. I probably should take away 2π, but I'll be generous until I try them again and find something different.
The manager was awesome! Best customer service I've ever experienced and the food was even better! Usually it's just a Wendy's but this time was ABOVE AND BEYOND;)
The lady at the drive through window this morning during breakfast was very pleasant and provided excellent customer service : )
Not the best part of town but the customer service rep was so nice and helpful. Very patient. Bathrooms were generally clean as well as the lobby.
Could use better photos. They've fixed the front view πͺ. Looks way better now. π
I enjoyed lunch at this location this afternoon. I was most impressed by the gentleman working the register. I'm pretty sure he is a manager. He was beyond awesome providing the best customer service I have ever experienced at a fast food location. He not only treated me like a VIP but he did to all the customers in the store. I was most impressed and had such a great meal and experience.
5$ biggie bag baby, best bang for your buck.
