Food is very good, savory. Not like fast food. The location is very clean. Self order kiosks are super easy to use. I had shoom & cheese burger & cup of water. Was impressed with unique ingredients. Price was $12. With tax. 5 stars. Came back for bacon, cheese fries. The cheese is different
Food: Outstandingly good considering this is a fast food chain. It’s probably better than some of the more fancier restaurants out there!
Service: The food was brought to our table in a relatively short amount of time, and the order was delivered with everything we ordered.

Food was EXCELLENT and cooked to order! Service was on point. No kids menu which would have been nice, but the Shackburger single was just right for my 9 yr old and 5 yr old. We'll definitely be going back very soon!!!!
Awesome Shack Burger. The cheesy bacon fired almost certainly gave me a stomach ache. The shake had a thick layer of chocolate sprinkles at the bottom that made it hard to drink through the small straws. On both occasions we were here, we were not given our ordered sauce with our chicken. The Shack

Not a bad spot for a semi quick drop in for a burger and shake. The ordering process was super easy. Just will take a few minutes to get to off the interstate.
The place has a good bright atmosphere and very clean. However there were 4 kiosk-computers in front to place your orders and only 2 were working which makes ordering backed up and the line unnecessarily long. Their food is so good! I don’t understand the 3.2 rating. The staff was nice and I love that there are iPads where you can put in your order. The crinkle fries and chicken sandwich were super crispy. The hot dog was also good. Yum yum.
Their grand opening was a success. Their food is great. I got a complimentary concrete for being one of the first 100 people there. I was able to finally taste the GOT dragon glass milkshake ( yumm). Love coming here and grabbing a burger and shake for lunch. The inside is always clean and the food is always amazing. The shakes are incredible! Cheap, quick, and easy. Perfect place if exhausted from all the shopping the UTC area can suck ya into and you just want something good and quick.
