I will never go there again i went three time and they were disrespectful to me acting like i was not gonna pay for their food the smoothies are not even that good they treated me badly x3 to the point i had to ask what’s their problem with me because of how they were treating and looking at me dont buy their pretzels

The lady’s there are rude. My daughter wanted the mini hotdogs but I told we will wait because the ones they had was burnt and she would eat. They got upset and started being disrespectful and try to me to pay as they still tried to serve my child the burnt food. I told them there is no need to be rude and I will not being spending my money. Ridiculous

The entire order mine & people in front of me & after me.. your customer service person was on speakerphone with whoever! Very unprofessional n rude ...didn't kno who she was talking to etc..

Had awesome pretzels here. It's the best in the area I've had. Staff were really friendly. Their prices are pretty reasonable for the sizes of the portions. Right at the main entrance to the store so you could always grab it while entering or leaving. Their garlic pretzels were the best.

This place makes some of the best cinnamon pretzels money can buy. If you wait until a half hour after closing time, all of the food is half off, plus the very kind employees will sometimes throw in a couple of free items.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Never fresh always stale which is upsetting because I really enjoy these pretzels just not at this location horrible horrible horrible if you like stale pretzels that are past there hold time then come here because that is what you will get oh AND YOULL GET HORRIBLE SERVICE.
