The staff was super friendly. The atmosphere is great. The food was amazing. The special of the day was Candied Apple Burger and somehow it worked! They even make their own ketchup. My only downside was the pecan pie... Just a flat piece of cold pie for $7.

Wife and I were craving a burger. 2nd time here since we moved here last year. Burgers cooked perfectly, Fry's spot on and I had opted for the side salad. Wow, best side salad ever. Walnuts, pecans, feta cheese and greens so crisp and fresh I looked outside for the garden. Balsamic vinaigrette was delish. Jekyll Brewing provided a great beer to go along with this awesome meal. Our server was right on the amount of times checking on us and providing extra napkins when he saw the egg running down my arm. Wish we lived closer so we could go more often.

Lived in Savannah all my life and for some reason I have passed this place by, but TODAY lol I did not. The young man outside was so nice and gave me suggestions. Went inside and the waiter was accommodating. I got the black widow blackberry cider and the rustico burger with fries. Everything was fresh. The fries homemade and so was the ketchup. I could not stop eating. It's a reason why they have hella awards. I will be back.

I love this place. Our party of five enjoyed a mid afternoon visit. We ordered burgers and salad and tried craft beers. Everything was delicious! Excellent service as well. Easy parking in a nice neighborhood. Will visit again!

I had the Hot Rod Burger. Bacon and cheddar are great on any burger. This was the best burger I've ever eaten. Green Truck is a Savannah staple and for anyone who visits, it's a must try! Local produce that is far from grocery and that backyard tasting burger that you haven't had since you were a kid makes this place exceptional. Thank you Ms. Whitney!

Burger moment! El Jefe is sooooo tastie i love avocado. You can make any burger a veggie burger, but they also have plenty of vegetarian sandwich options too- plus a grilled cheese and vegan chili! The fries are good as well, and there are plenty of beverage options both with and without alcohol.

There’s a reason their sign says best burger in town. Truly the best burger. The perfect mix of homemade tasting (I love a good juicy, pink burger) but something I could never make at home. Their French fries are top notch. I’m not a fan of their homemade ketchup so I make sure to have some packets in my pocket.

We have visited this place 4 times and make this a must trip every month! Today we got to chat with the GM Gordon about his restaurant, where the food is sourced from, recipes and such and wow! We are amazed how wonderfully this place is amongst a pretty terrible food scene 😅 Their burgers are phenomenal. All 4 times we've come, busy or not, we are never disappointed with our food! Their fries are to die for! Hearing their technique was something we appreciated because we also make home made fries and love comparing with others! If you're looking for that perfect homemade burgers and fries, this is the spot. They have a large selection of beer, wine and such. Their salads are HUGE and delicious! Visit Green Truck Neighborhood Pub, you won't be disappointed!

In town just for the day and wanted something recommended by a local. Great outdoor covered seating from the heat. Good booth and table seating indoors and was happy with the drink options whether it was brews, wine, and or cocktails. Wait time was decent and the food came out pretty quickly. The staff were super friendly and attentive. To be honest this was probably hands down the best burger I’ve had in a while from Savannah area. There’s plenty of places but this fit the bill and was delicious. Group favorites had to be the Hot Rod Deluxe and hand cut fries and pecan pie. Cheers!!

Went to a lunch meeting here today. I was told awhile ago this was the place to go for a great burger. It did not disappoint. I ordered the Flathead burger. Cooked perfectly and delicious. My wife had the Chicken and Apple sandwich an said it was good. Also tried the Spicy Georgia Nuts. Very good, sweet and not to spicy with a hint of rosemary. Service was great and they offer indoor and outdoor dining. They are famous for their homemade ketchup. I thought it was OK , but, my wife and friend didn’t like it at all. I have been to green truck on several occasions over the last couple of years and it never disappoints. They are up there with some of the best burgers I have ever had. There is something on the menu for everyone. I’m not a huge french fry fan. I tend to only like my own homemade, but they make some decent ones. They are very popular and don’t have a lot of seating so on a busy day you might wait 20min to be seated.

OMG, this is a MUST. A MUST. The sizes are perfect for dinner. Arrive early so you can get a seat inside if you don't want to sit under the tent in the parking lot. It packs in early, even on the weeknights. We had the ham and swiss, the pimiento cheese sandwich (with crispy bacon), and one of the burgers. EVERYONE loved their food. Really delicious. Oh, and these french fries are the best. Good choices of beer and sodas, too. If you're in town, get off the river and eat like a local. This is the way to go. Will definitely return.

We stumbled upon this restaurant while visiting Savannah. We went in without many expectations after being disappointed with the restaurants we had previously visited. We were very happy with the quality of the burger, its taste, the serving size, the customer service, and the cool look of the pub. It was one of the highlights of our trip! The servers were courteous, friendly, and helpful—a breath of fresh air compared to the hipster waiters we had encountered in other restaurants who were too cool to be bothered.

This is absolutely the best burger you can get in town(possibly the world?!). Gotta try the green truck classic with pimento cheese, that's what we get pretty much every time. Their homemade ranch and ketchup? The best you'll have had! get it on the side!

Great neighborhood pub. We had quick friendly service and I am still craving that El Camino salad, too bad it's seven hours away.

Another great local restaurant. If you like great burgers, home cut fries, home made ketchup, cold beer and a great atmosphere, you have to try Green Truck! My wife and I stopped in on a local recommendation and we were not disappointed. I got the Hot Rod Deluxe and my wife got the Classic. Both were served hot and juicy cooked to perfection. The home made cut fries were delicious and the wife added a salad with blue cheese dressing. Their walls are covered with local awards for most all of their food. I would highly recommend Green Truck to anyone looking for an award winning burger and a wonderful atmosphere and great folks working there.

We just had to see what all the hype was about at the Green Truck! And I must say we were not disappointed! The food was very delicious and well prepared! The service was great as well. I would give it 4.5 for sure!

This was our first time here. My grilled cheese sandwich was great, and so were the fries. I also got a side salad. It was a surprise. Not just a bagged salad in a bowl. My friend got a burger and fries and said it was good as well. What we both agreed on was the ketchup. It is not good. It's not traditional ketchup. Please don't try to reinvent the wheel. Stick to what has worked for decades. Hines!

YE BE WARNED… this place has SINGLE HANDEDLY ruined every other burger for me. This is the pinnacle. No matter where I go and what burger I eat, I always find myself comparing the experience (which always falls short) to that of what I’ve had at Green Truck. Good luck finding a better burger anywhere else… because you won’t. Quality. Freshness. Consistency. Texture. Flavor. Sourcing. Originality. This is where the locals eat. Bonus: The rest of the menu and craft beers are equally outstanding as well. LONG LIVE GT.
