Wow, just wow! Another homerun from our favorite local restaurant group. Anthony and his team have successfully mixed a beautiful pub style atmosphere with a Southern comfort fine dining menu. The open air patio on the roof is perfect for our sunny Savannah days and the wait staff is wonderful. The chicken schnitzel and chargrilled pork lion were to die for.
Anthony outdid himself again! Excellent assistance from Amir and Arthur with the opening of this restaurant. In reference to the Collins Quarters the service and food quality is equivalent. Everyone from the hostess down too the bartenders were not only friendly but knowledgeable. Service was on point and food was not only timely but delicious as well. It is a must try for anyone in Savannah.
My friend and I walked around Savannah trying to find a chill but still classy place to take in the night and drink some delicious cocktails and that’s exactly what we found at The Fitzroy! Beautiful decor and amazing service!!! I can’t speak to the food because we only had the snack popcorn and we drank the Heavyweight Gimlet but both were delicious. Ally was the best, and most personable bartender. She gave great recommendations for other places to check out after hours as well as new and local liquors to try! Go there, you’ll love it!!!
Great brunch!! My wife and I stopped in for brunch this past Sunday. The staff was friendly and attentive. The food was fantastic!! I had the scrambled pablano, which was very good and my wife had the DIY avocado smash, complete with edible flowers. After we ate, Anthony, the owner, gave us a tour of the 2nd floor and outside dining area. What a nice guy! It’s no wonder his restaurants are so great.
Amazing Sunday Celebration Dinner. Booked the private dining room upstairs for a High School Graduation celebration and it was PERFECT. Kevin, our host was inviting, helpful, and customer service oriented. Our server was Paige and she was so personable, knowledgeable and a real joy.
The graduate felt über special and all of our meals were divine. I highly recommend you make this a MUST for your dining out adventures.

Excellent food, service, and atmosphere. This is one of my favorite restaurants in Savannah.
It also has a unique story which partly explains the enjoyable aesthetic. It’s the oldest saloon in Savannah, was once the site of boxing and betting between the factions of Savannah, and still has the original bar.
For locals or someone interested in the authentic and traditional Savannah it’s hard to beat.
The manager and staff were also very attentive; they clearly care that you have a great experience.
Enjoyed a phenomenal Thanksgiving dinner here last night. Our waiter Colton was absolutely amazing. He had great recommendations for food (our 8yo loved the Mac n cheese!) and tips for what to do in Savannah during our visit. He was attentive and the service was quick. The burrata appetizer and truffle fries were good. I had the NY strip (delicious) and we all went crazy for the dessert recommendation- the chocolate chip milk cake.
We would definitely come back next time we’re in Savannah. Decor was dark but homey while feeling special.
Great place. I had the smash burguer and it was amazing flavor. My husband had the ribs and they were a lot of food and the flavor was amazing too.
We like the people that works there, the were really nice, great customer service. Really good atmosphere. Would come back! It doesn’t disappoint.

The Fitzroy is a hidden gem in Savannah. It's a small, intimate restaurant with a warm, inviting atmosphere. The menu features classic American fare with a twist, and the cocktails are top-notch.
I recently dined at The Fitzroy with my mom, and we had a wonderful experience. We started with the brussel sprout Caesar, which was perfectly crispy and well-seasoned. For our main courses, I had the steak frites, which was cooked to perfection, and my mom had the short rib, which was incredibly tender and flavorful.
Our server, Colton, was attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. He made excellent recommendations, and he was always happy to answer our questions. We had a great time chatting with him, and he made our meal even more enjoyable. Colton was a fantastic server, and we really appreciated his attention to detail. We hope he's working when we come back!
Overall, we had a fantastic dining experience at The Fitzroy. The food was delicious, the cocktails were excellent, and the service was top-notch. We would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a special meal in Savannah.
I was able to book a table for 2 on a Thursday a few hours before for patio (aka rooftop) seating. Mind you, there isn’t really a view but it’s nice to sit on a deck with star jasmine in bloom. Hope, our server, was very enthusiastic and cheery. Although we split a starter, appetizer and main we had too much food. The cocktails were okay, not great (too sweet or missing the mark based on the description). Food was okay - edamame pancake too sauced, mussels good but could have a better sauce, fish and chips beat of the 3. Service was a 4. Food a 3. Ambience a 4. Value a 4.
We have loved the Fitzroy since it opened. The latest chef is just as outstanding as the others over the years. Highly recommend the broccolini and the macaroni gratin.
Yum yum yum! We came at 5pm right when they opened and it was delicious. The edamame pancake was SO GOOD! We will return.
Delectable. Savory. Another Collins Quarter restaurant hit. Drink: Gin Basil Smash; Starters: Beef Brochettes & Market Lettuces. Entree: blackened Mahi Mahi. Dessert: Rasp Cheesecake & chocolate cake.
Everything was flavorful and undeniably fresh! Really enjoyed the Mahi Mahi flavor combos.
Excellent!! From the drinks (The Gentleman) and appetizers to the mains and desserts. What a great place. The service (shout out to Antonio) was incredible, the decor and atmosphere was "relaxed upscale". All the food was delicious and our group of 4 got several appetizers and mains to share but the highlights were the Nachos (best I've ever had!), Fried brussel sprouts, the pork chop (a must order!) and the Mahi. What a cool place, we'll be back!
Absolutely fantastic food and service. 109% would visit again. The special salmon was amazing, the cocktail I had was great and they had a great selection of spirits. Attentive but not overbearing server. Floor manager also checked in and was super kind.
So glad my hotel was close to The Fitzroy, and I enjoyed dinner there twice while visiting. First went in for a cup of coffee right after arriving, and Paul, the manager, was so accommodating. Came back in later for dinner; it was awesome. Service is impeccable and it's obvious that Paul ensures a1st class experience for guests. Both of my servers spoke so highly of him, and that's a great sign to me! Reasonable prices for delicious food. I highly recommend and would return if I visit Savannah again.
The gentleman drink is good not to sweet.
Fish and chips texture was excellent and the Coleslaw was to die for. The service was above and beyond. Even the gas heater added to the ambiance on the rooftop for a very romantic dinner.

We were able to eat on the rooftop.They also had a heater right by our table which was amazing! Small american cuisine menu but what we ate was very good! They had an extensive beverage menu. Smash burgers, Mahi, and ricotta toast. Excellent service and the people were great asking us how we were and if there is anything else we could do for them. Logan gave us a great introduction to the restaurant! I will let people know and send them your way.
Showed up here with 7 friends. This place made us feel welcome and at home. ALL the food was good. Try the Poutine. You will want to swim in the sauce. Great for large groups or small parties. Great bar menu. Excellent food all around.
My daughter and I just happened to pick this restaurant for dinner. Boy what an amazing experience. We were greeted by Paul who’s bright smile matches his personality. Ethan was our waiter and he was attentive and gave us great food recommendations. We were there for 2 hours. I can’t wait for another reason to visit Savannah.
