Food was good and very well priced, the service was great. We had no problem with the Fox News by the way, thank you 😊
The photos and ratings really don’t do this place justice. I was reluctant to come here, but I’m glad I did. The food was pretty good, came in huge portions, was seasoned well and was really inexpensive.
On top of that, our server Abigail, was awesome! She was pleasant, polite, responsive and quick. She helped us with menu questions and kept a smile on her face.
We had a party of 10 and our food came out fast, it was all correct and delicious. I was shocked.
Pleasantly surprised. For a good, simple, country breakfast with great prices and service, I’d highly suggest

Not a 5 star resturant but 4 star. Good price (about $16 per person). Wing and waffle was not like a photo. Hash brown was cold.
Delicious!! Amazing!! We are from Florida and before leaving we decided to look for a yummy breakfast place and ran into this hidden gem!! The food was delicious, the service was great. Small restaurant but such a good breakfast spot. I got the waffle platter and it was *chefs kiss*

Diner sort of atmosphere. Tucked in a strip mall. Variety of foods of the menu. Six of us around 11 on a Saturday. Seated quickly, served promptly, fast on refills. Food was good and satisfying.
We always try to eat somewhere unique to the locale when traveling. Have to say the chicken and waffles were amazing. The chicken was lightly fried and not greasy. It was very moist and tender. The coffee was great. Service, restaurant and price were great. I highly recommend. The other food looked amazing we will be back for the fried shrimp and grits.
I loved this places and loved the food. However I didnt love our waitress. I cant remember her name but she was SERVER 4 on Sunday July 18th before 12 noon. She seemed to have an attitude and didn't seem to want to be there . She made us feel rushed during our visit. I understand she is young bit someone really should talk to her about customer service and satisfaction..I ordered lunch and my guest ordered breakfast. We both enjoyed our meals .
Kayla was our waitress and she did an excellent job making our experience the best ever. Food was ontime a delicious. I'll be back again, Thank you everyone for a great experience.
Had a great lunch today of their signature chicken and waffles. Chose the chicken fingers. Huge serving of chicken, seasoned and fried perfectly. Selected the Belgian waffle, cooked just right. Very friendly attentive service. A+!
UPDATE: Just returned today 9 months after review above and everything was as good as the first time. Since it's a Sunday, they were very busy, but we waited only about 20 minutes to be seated. Attentive service & excellent chicken fingers. Try the Sweet and Spicy Syrup on the chicken. To die for!
The chicken was good I just wish they had some thighs or drumsticks but all they had was whole wings (still good). I was also a little disappointed not to get to try the strawberry butter that was supposed to come with it, one of my buddies had told me how delicious it was. Overall the food is delicious and the staff is really nice.
I’m not much of a Chicken & Waffles person but waitress did recommend this plate and emphasized on the waffle with Strawberry Butter and Sweet and Spicy syrup that I said why not.
Yes both Strawberry butter and recommended syrup were pretty good. They both gave a tasty kick with the precisely exact amount of sweetness needed.
AND let me mention that the chicken tenders battering and the chicken were PERFECTLY cooked making it DELICIOUS and Juicy and Tender !!!!!
We LOVE Loc's Chicken and Waffles in Sandfly! Actually better than Southside. The Belgian waffle and chicken tenders is my go-to meal, soooo good! But, I can't help but get the grits with sausage and onions sometimes! Man, it's great!
The food at Loc's is definitely a treat, we stop by every time we are in town. The waffles are some of the best around. They're generally packed for breakfast and dinner so if you can go during off hour you will not have his long of a wait. It is definitely worth the wait. the chicken and waffles combination are a must if you've never been there as well.
This place is the bomb. Great food, friendly staff, hassle free parking directly in front of the door. Try their strawberry butter, it's out of this world. They also serve a syrup with some hot sauce mix that goes great with all the other stuff. It's also very reasonably priced. Recommend!
Be prepared to wait. It's always pretty crowded. You seat yourself when you come in. The draw back of seat yourself is if a table or booth opens up you have to wait for the server to come and clean the table.
That's the only drawback for me, however this is our "After Soccer Game" Saturday spot🙂. Service is always friendly and food is always good & you don't have to wait forever for your food. 👍🏽
