There were 17 of us. We walked in and they set tables up right away. Our server was quick and had our drinks out in no time. Took our order and we were eating within 30 minutes of arriving. Great service good food! Highly recommend.
The food here is excellent. Went with a group of friends who had also never been here. Our waitress, Amanda, took great care of us and delivered great service. The food was delicious and plentiful.
Great food and service! I love their crab stew, it does not get any better. I was shocked at how good the meatloaf was on the Tues special menu. Great meatloaf? YEP!
I'm a little biased as my grandson works here but this is my first visit. The food and prices are very good. Good kids menu and a variety of meat and seafood dishes. It was packed with a lot of locals so I have to assume it's this good all the time.
Good BBQ; I had chopped pork and sausage (kielbasa) with butter beans and sweet potato casserole (the sweet potatoes were awesome!). Their mustard-based sauce went well with the pork and their spicy sauce went well with the sausage. I wasn't impressed with their sweet sauce but I'm not a big fan of
The food was good and satisfying. The service was good and fast. I wasn't really expecting much quality but was very surprised. The broccoli casserole really surprised me because it's way better than the one I had at lady's and sons.
If you're thinking about eating here, do it!! We had a party of 5 and all of us LOVED our dinner. The food was great and so was the service. Highly recommend trying the red rice and squash casserole!

I ordered ribs with side of red rice, a toast and collard greens. They bbq sauce were awesome. My favorite was the spicy bbq sauce. My son had pork hamburger
The food is the best. I ordered the 1/2 smoked chicken with fried okra and sweet potato fries and sweet tea. It was so much food for such little price well worth the drive from Guyton am taking over half home.
Husband and I were on vacation looking for a local spot near our airbnb. Papa's was it! Grayson was our server. Very friendly and knowledgeable. The food was absolutely delicious!!! Would definitely recommend and will definitely be back!
Real deep southern hospitality I love this place it is what it is great barbecue love the banana pudding homemade must go see for yourself
Papa's is a frequent lunch stop for me. Service is quick and good. Good has always been good and I will be back.
Fast service, great stuff, prices are fine and the food was good and tasty. Specially I liked very much the shrimp salad sandwich, yummy 😋, it’s not salty at all, it’s just perfect 👌🏼
