We had a group of about 20 people and we all ordered Something off the menu and all shared. The food was outstanding, all of it!!!! Great atmosphere and Mike and his staff were on point The entertainment was awesome too. If any of you get a chance to see Robbie O’Sullivan play, don’t pass it up. Such a talented young musician!!!!
This has the best food and staff! We had a great time and the staff was attentive and added extra fun to our crowd. Can’t wait to go back! 😁
Great food and service. There is even an ice cream shop that you can have treats from too next door or order as desert from the menu.
We had our second, fabulous, experience tonight at The Flying Fish. Tonight, we returned with our family and my shellfish allergic nephew. The staff voluntarily assured us that his food would not be cooked in the same fryer as shrimp. We had appetizers, entrees, and lots of smiles. There was no question that our server, Luke, was all over my nephew’s care. This restaurant has usually been a passing landmark in and out of Tybee visits. Now, it’s a new dining must!
Nick was awesome!! We asked for a Million dollars and he found it. Lol. Great food and service. Definitely recommend if you are in the area.
Been here several times, this trip had the lunch special which was great! Usually bring the kids because they to sit outside and watch the cars go by. I love the scrimp and the service has been very attentive every time, definitely recommend!

Worth the drive!
Our family comes here once a year when we visit. This time, two of us split the low country boil and it was fantastic! Definitely have to be ready to roll up your sleeves and peel the shrimp, but flavors were excellent! Would be even better if for a few $ more the shrimp were peeled & deveined. Sides comes in small plastic cups. We sat in the quieter side but the outdoor patio area with live music looked like the place to be!
After going on a guided fishing trip with Miss Judy’s fishing charters, I brought my freshly caught fish to this restaurant to cook up. This is such an amazing option for people just travelling through the area. The atmosphere has that awesome beach vibe I was craving and the customer service was friendly and helpful. The fish was cooked perfectly. My favourite is a toss between the fried and blackened seasoning. I would have loved to try more on the menu - guess it just means I’ll have to come back!
I had shrimp salad sandwich on toasted whole wheat( came with a sm bag of reg Lays potatoe chips)and a garden salad with house made ranch dressing. The service was prompt, the food delicious and well prepared 😋 the coverage patio was comfortable with well rendered ocean motif
Awesome place. Great food. Awesome staff. My only negative comment is that the oysters in the Oysters Rockefeller are way too big. But still delicious. You can't go wrong going here.

awesome outdoor seating and bar with friendly staff. A little confusing at first because there are signs with arrows directing you to host station but it was “self-seating”.
Menu has a nice selection. Pretty in-Line with other Low Country restaurants.
Oyster poboy was delicious. Oysters cooked perfectly, soft roll, homemade Cajun mayo.
Low country boil not great. I’ve had the same boil at 3 different local restaurants this week so I have a lot to compare it to. The corn had a horrible gummy texture, shrimp was cooked perfectly but not seasoned. The sausage tasted like supermarket kielbasa and too soft. Potatoes had too much salty seasoning directly on them.
Crawfish were terrible. There was seasoning visible on the shell but not inside the crawfish. Crawfish meat was very firm and tasteless. Seemed like low quality, frozen too long crawfish. Almost bad enough to send back but I muscled through half.
In all I liked the place and there is probably a lot of good stuff on the menu. Just skip the crawfish and low country boil. Beer was nice and cold 🥶
Was there last night. Great service. Food was outstanding. Actually headed back now for lunch!
The food is phenomenal. I had the blackened shrimp queso. The drink menu is varied and had good prices.
Wonderful food service and atmosphere…. But my favorite part of my visit was uncle Frank I hope you enjoyed Father’s Day sir and thank you for your service …. I lost my dad not long ago and you hit me in the feels! Thank you for just being you uncle frank and SMILE!!…. Sincerely a female fellow veteran!!!
When we were there it was very very noisy. Couldn't have a conversation but I'm sure that varies. Food fine but of what we order nothing to point to as "special" and service was spotty. Waitress never checked about our drinks but did ask about whether food was ok.
Our party of four each ordered the fried shrimp with slaw and fries and hush puppies .
The shrimp were large and lightly breaded. They were hot and fresh and the slaw was tasty with just enough dressing. The only negative of the food were the hush puppies which were overcooked and dry.
Service was friendly and attentive.
