First time coming here and it was amazing, I got the bubble waffle w/ ice cream sooooo yummy and also the Savannah banana rolled ice cream. Would definitely recommend :)

Nice place, clean, somewhat friendly. Ice cream and boba were satisfactory. There was only one other family when we went but it still took the employees 30 minutes to get our order out. It is a little bit pricey, but everything we had was good
LOOVE LOOOOOVE this place! Boba refreshers and teas are good. Rolled ice cream is bomb, also. I just found this place just to find out they are CLOSING DOWN AUGUST 31st 😭😭😭 Totally sucks...

I've never heard of rolled ice cream before so had to try it out.. lemme say that it is... amazing.
This is my first time at a Below Zero, and first time trying rolled ice cream. I ordered the red bean ice cream with mochi, lychee and mango boba, a large red bean boba tea, and a bubble waffle with powder sugar 😋. Everything was so good! The red bean tea in a slush version will probably be better.
The owner here is super nice and friendly and the boba here is so very tasty it is a must try! The ice cream is rolled and inexpensive. I would definitely recommend stopping in but remember Mondays they are closed.
Fun place to take the family. It took a while to get our order, but the kids loved the novelty of the rolled ice cream, and the flavors were good. Staff is very friendly and helpful, space is clean and well kept, and prices are reasonable. We will visit again
Finally good boba in Savannah! Oh, and they have rolled ice cream too, which is also good. Nice clean new place, fun friendly atmosphere, and the prices are crazy low. Definitely stop by asap if you like boba!
I go to this place a lot in the afternoon. There is always a long line and they take a bit to make boba but it’s a good option for a boba stop. The boba quality and taste is okay. They’ve improved over the years though. The popping boba is great but tapioca could use a bit of work.
Got the Tybee Turtle rolled ice cream in a cup. It was so fun to watch them hand-roll the liquid cream with the chopped pecans and caramel sauce. You can choose 3 toppings and they have a great selection... I got whipped cream, brownie bites, and chocolate syrup. Very very good! You should definitel
Really good ice cream and a unique experience, the crepe was pretty good too. Definitely coming back for some boba tea. Could've used something to drink with the very rich crepe, but they only have bottled water from what I could tell. Staff was very friendly and patient with our indecisiveness.
The staff at this dessert shop was so friendly they were so helpful. And everything was delicious I love these teas that they came out with the bubbles they're awesome ice cream the rolled ice cream was delish. The staff there was kind and friendly and had a wonderful customer service we need to see
I love the ice cream and the bubble/boba tea they have here!! There's so many flavors to choise from!! I love the mango boba and bubble tea! I wish the sizes of the drinks could be bigger though lol! But they are all good! They also have free Wi-Fi in here! It's very relaxing place to enjoy tasty dr
I appreciate the great service and allowing us to enjoy our strawberry shortcake rolls even though they were closing. It was an amazing treat. It was divine. I would suggest this place for a quick treat or Boba tea. Will visit again soon.
