We were looking for a restaurant on a Saturday afternoon, every restaurant had an hour wait, or weren't open till 5:00 pm. We went to the Vu as a last resort , and the food was surprisingly delicious. It was an unexpected delight. Everything we ordered was delicious and fresh. I had the avocado chicken sandwich, it had a puréed apple and raisin topping, the wife had spaghetti dish, the tomatoes sauce had a fresh homemade feel to it. The sauce was cooked to perfection, it had such a rich taste.
