We love this locally owned, family friendly restaurant. What a blessing for Savannah. The food is fresh, plentiful, and served in record time. The dessert case is an amazing delight for the eye and an even more scrumptious treat for the palette. And the staff - Gentry, Sierra, and Victoria - we feel as if we’ve known them for years. They make everyone feel that way!

Had the best gyro I think I’ve ever had! Delicious potato salad! The friendliest ladies to wait on you! We came home with a box of wonderful Greek pastries and a takeout of Spanakopita that was great! Will make this a regular on our lunch dates!

Live in Richmond Hill so always a joy when we come into Savannah and can grab a quick bite with great quality! Adore the gyro done with fries inside - just divine! Great source for real olive oil, desserts and even ice cream cones ... OPA!

I called them with an unusual request. And they made it happen. I had called several places in Savannah for a delivery request. They were so gracious and kind and the food was wonderful. I live in Missouri, and I called from there to set this up and they went out of their way to accommodate us. Thank Yia Yia's Kitchen for the great food, the superb service and the joy you gave those on the other end of the delivery. A special thank you to Gentry!!

Took a little visit from Beaufort, SC for lunch and shopping. The popular restaurant we were going to try out had a line out the door so we drove a little further and recognized this name from some good reviews. So glad we stumbled up on it! The spicy gyro was awesome and we couldn’t get over how good the pita bread was. We’ll be back!

Just got back from Yia Yia's. What a treat!! Awesome staff. Hands down best pita bread I've ever had, best feta in savannah and baklava and tiropita that rival my grandma's - but don't tell her I said so. Go there!!!! Support your local Greeks :)

I finally made it to Yia Yia's, and love this Greek cafe and market. The Big Fat Gyro is exactly that! Lucious, meaty, fresh veggies, and delicious sauce. You'll need quite a few napkins. I met a few friends here, and we all agreed this would be our future gathering place. Nothing negative to say.

Live in Atlanta and travel to Savannah to visit. One stop is always Yia Yia's for an American Gyro and fries! The pita bread was so fresh, filled with delicious gyro meat. Also love the pastries! When friends ask where to go in Savannah I always recommend Yia's! In fact, was recently in Vegas and was talking to folks from Savannah. they also frequent Yia Yia's! Great family owned business who care about their customers and community.

I've been going to Yia Yia's Kitchen for a long time and am a big fan of the food, service, and atmosphere. The staff is always welcoming and willing to help with any questions, especially if I can't pronounce the names of the delicious pastries. The gyros are the best in town, and if you want add a little kick ask for the feisty feta. The store is always clean and inviting and the food is served fast and delicious. It always a treat when the owner is there, he loves to chat and take care of his customers just like they were family. I would recommend Yia Yia's Kitchen to everyone.

The hummus and pita are so amazing!!! I love the vegetarian sampler plate. Then I always have a hard time deciding between which dessert to get, a Greek pastry, one of their fun cheesecakes or whatever new flavor ice cream they have 😀

If you want an authentic Greek experience, THIS is the place to be! A true family owned business that shows true passion, pride, and joy in their heritage! They not only serve great food, but they have the best desserts, ice cream, and even a small grocery area full of authentic Greek products! This is a true piece of the Mediterranean brought to the states! Bring your curiosity and your appetites! A true experience found no where else!

Stopped by for lunch, you go to counter and order from a menu over the counter. There are tables you sit wherever and they bring your order out to you. We got the falafel sandwich, vegetarian moussaka, stuffed grape leaves and chocolate dipped baklava. All were very tasty. I liked their selection of vegetarian choices. Baklava was so good got some to take home. They also had a few Greek groceries and wines. The people behind the counter were very nice.

We have tried most, if not all, the gyro places in Savannah and this is by far our favorite. We come often! The fries are the BEST. They put enough sauce on the gyro, and the bread has been fresh and not soggy like some can get. The service is always great!

I always order the American Gyro. The meat is delicious and very well portioned. I would definitely recommend YaYas. The staff is friendly and patient with me while I order even though I still end up getting the same thing.

Went to Yia Yia's for lunch and decided to try something new. The service was amazing. They suggested the Chicken Souvlaki Salad, and it was delicious. Great food, outstanding service, and the marketplace has a nice selection. 10 out of 10. Definitely check them out.

I highly recommend the Greek pizza. It was on a pita crust, with marinara sauce, feta cheese, and gyro meat. I’m a huge fan of unique, great tasting pizza, and this was both.
