Had a great dinner after going to see Santa. Everyone was very friendly and it was clean and organized in this restaurant.
I love their food. They know how to cook an hamburgers or butter burger. Tastes very fresh, I also love their frozen custard. I waited in the drive thru line for a little over 30 mins but it was worth it. Make sure you come early to order always a long line.
Absolutely delicious, clean, and inviting as always. Torie and Alex were on top of their game. Torie took our order and was extremely pleasant, and knowledgeable about the menu. Alex was awesome too as he went above and beyond to make sure my wife and I were having a great experience at our table. The food was scrumptious but we will be back because of the customer service.
We visited this Culver’s on a road trip through Georgia late last night, and despite it being pretty close to closing, service was excellent! We went through their drive-through and the employee taking our order was very nice, as well as the other employee who brought our food out to the car. If you’ve never had Culver’s before, you NEED to try this place. In my opinion, this is one of the very best fast food restaurant chains - far better than McDonald’s, Burger King, Wendy’s, and other more generic burger places. They make smash burgers that are perfectly crispy and packed with flavor, and this Culver’s made the burgers the best we’ve had at any location! They even have gluten-free burgers…who would’ve known?! Great cheese curds, great French fries, solid spicy fried chicken sandwich, great ice cream, and great burgers. 5/5 - definitely would recommend this specific location if you have that guilty fast food pleasure!!
The staff is always very kind, the food is always fresh and delicious. A little taste of home here in the south.
This place is awesome. It's like the gourmet top tier burger joint. The employees are operating at the Chic Fil A level of service ( MY PLEASURE). The restaurant is clean and clutter free. The food was excellent! Burgers were fresh, with great portion size and tasty. The custard is amazing, and you can add toppjngs like cheesecake or cookie dough! I highly recommend this place.
First time there and it was better than I expected and I liked them bringing the order to the table fresh and hot. Must try milkshake next time. Definitely going back
THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS UNMATCHED. Hands down, the best customer service I've ever experienced at a fast food restaurant (and just in general, for that matter!). Everyone is super friendly and helpful!
Also, their burgers are INCREDIBLE! SO JUICY!!! The chicken tenders are also super juicy and have just the right amount of crispy crunch. Delicious. I love this place. Very reasonable prices as well.
**EDIT 9/9/19: I will say, the day staff is much better than the night staff. Whenever I come during the daytime it's wonderful, but the nighttime staff may need to brush up on that same customer service training. There have been a couple times in the drive thru where I literally just had the bag of food dropped in my lap rather than handed to me and more than a couple times in the store where employees didn't know how to properly ring orders or messed up the order and either overcharged me or did not add things I asked for.
First time there I have class to place many times but never stop by but this particular time I decide to stop by and it was fantastic I had a burger with french fries and it was fantastic french fries was crispy Burger nice and juicy a good family oriented place to go
It’s not bad! The butter burgers are freshly cooked, their milkshakes looked really awesome, and their ice cream is not bad! I like to come there again!
Freshly made, never frozen burgers and sandwiches. Custard shakes are where it's at! Super nice people, always helpful, and always a very clean place.
Very good food first time went and now I'm hooked on the food and the shakes the food is very fresh and made on the order
