Nolan did a fantastic job taking care of us. My mom is recovering from cancer treatment and Nolan stepped up to get us seated nearby. He was courteous and quick on making sure we had everything taken care of. Our drinks were always topped off and we had a great experience. 👍

I telephoned the restaurant and spoke with the Manager requesting service for a party of ten in five minutes. When we arrived , Our table was ready and We were greeted with a Friendly Smile Excellent Customer Service.

My Family and I eat at Ruby Tuesday on multiple occasions and We always receive Excellent Customer Service and Delicious Food in a Great timely manner.

I had a wonderful experience while dining at Ruby Tuesday’s. Our waitress Shavanda was such a pleasure. She had a very pleasant, sweet and welcoming personality. She made sure we had everything we needed and if we asked for something she was right on top of it. I would definitely love to have her as my waitress again. The food was also very delicious! My compliments to the chef.
If you want good customer service and good food made to your liking I recommend this Ruby's Tuesday. Danielle and Mickey are very professional and concerned about pleasing their customers. You will not be disappointed. The gluten-free food is good and tasteful. I am very pleased with the cook. It's a good feeling to ask for what you want and they go above and beyond to please you.
Shavanda was our server tonight and right off the bat she did a great job. She was courteous, quick and thoughtful. She made sure our toddler's meal came out first which is a nice touch for parents with a hungry kiddo! She had a great attitude and for a new server, already seems to have the hang of it! Thanks for a good experience.
Shavanda was amazing! She was knowledgeable and welcoming! We had a 2 year old and she made our experience so much better and made us comfortable! She had an amazing attitude and customer service! Will definitely be back and hope to have her back as our waitress!
Shavanda was an amazing server she was very kind and fast even tho the food took 30mins and we even seen people that came in after us get there food first which was a lil odd to us the cooks need to do better it’s only so much she can do! I applaud her she had a very rude customer and she handles it so well. This is the only server I want to serve us wish it was more like her! She needs a raise how she was running both sides!💜
I just left downtown Savannah Georgia and stopped by this Ruby Tuesday. Our food was soooooo good 😊😊😊 everything was hot and fresh. The appetizer, the Honey crunch chicken sandwich my daughter ordered, everything. I ordered a top sirloin medium done and it was mouthwatering 🤤🤤🤤 baked potato was loaded and delicious 😋😋 such a wonderful experience. My compliments to the chef and team and my waitress. It was so good I decided to order dessert as well. Which was delicious 😁
I had a amazing experience my server was very nice and the fastest person I seen moving making sure we had our food and drinks I will definitely recommend shavanda to be ur server if u plan on eating there she the best hands down but the food could’ve been better my salmon was overcooked but the appetizers was great
Annette was one of the only staff in the restaurant at 545 pm. Other staff were late or did not show up. However she did a good job working the patrons as quickly as she could. Food was good.
Shavanda was our server. She greeted us with a warm smile and was very pleasant. Her customer service was exemplary. Shavanda is truly an exceptional example of one who delivers great customer service. It’s very rare that we observe this kind of service. Shavonda’s attention to detail in ensuring the establishment is presentable was awesome! She really displayed her dedication to her work. Wish we had more Shavonda’s!
WE LOVE, LOVE, LOVE RUBY TUESDAYS! It’s always a great restaurant to stop while visiting our family in Savannah. Aya the manager on duty was so energetic and polite while sitting us. Katie, our server was amazing with taking care of us and making sure that we have everything we need it. Trust me we will be back soon.! We also loved Skyler she was the host tonight!
I was seated promptly. My waitress, Kiara, came over quickly, and suggested I try the strawberry lemonade. It was a great suggestion. It didn't take long for my food to arrive. The chicken was moist with just the right hint of pepper and hickory bourbon sauce. The veggies were good also. Now time for a nap.
