The store is older, but clean. Friendly staff for the most part. 2 love it size was almost $13. Plenty of flavors and toppings to chose from. They also offer ice cream cakes and delivery via Grub Hub.
Just came to give this a good review, honestly way better than most ice cream places around here! I was a loyal customer to Marble Slab Creamery, but because friends of mine had been discriminated by the owner and was recommended to try this place out by said friends, this is by far a way better experience. In comparison, the ice cream is better quality and worth the price, even shockingly cheaper! If you want ice cream, even if you have to drive, I suggest this place because I live an hour away and my ice cream never melts into soup and is always soft!
My German ice cream was AMAZING 👍 THEY DID AN AWESOME JOB! Service was really quick even though the line was out the door.. definitely recommend this location!
Amazing customer service. The gentlemen in there take their time to make sure everyone gets a great experience. Just picked up a ice cream cake and I was amazed at how personable they were despite the long line. They got me in a out in no time. Its important to mention I called about the cake a few minutes before and they still made it happen.
We could not have been happier with our special order cake. The online ordering was very easy to build our custom cake. The schedule option when we wanted to pick it up was simple. And the cake was made exactly to our specifications for a very important event. Thank you! Thank you!
Omg! When I tell you this place is a slice of heaven, it is. 😁. The lines are long but moves swiftly. The icecream combo I usually go for is the mixture of french vanilla, cotton candy, carmel, and pecans! You can mix any flavor and additons that you like, the waffle cones are always fresh, and the icecream smooth. I hate icecream that is freezer burnt, milkish like, and just bland, but this place icecream is so creamy, fresh, and rich in flavor! The customer service is exceptional, and there is an outdoor table area to sit and eat your icecream with shade. There aren't any discounts that Im aware of here, but the prices are so great that you really don't need any, you get what you pay for. I recommend if you have a sweet tooth and in the area, stop by!
Ordered and ice cream cake for a work party and it was ready same day. Everyone loved it. Will be back for cakes in the future.
Excellent customer service! I love the options that they provide. They also control the line really well that your family get their individual chance of ordering without feeling rushed
Service was good. Had the chocolate milkshake made from almond milk. Good flavor and as thick as a triple thick milkshake.
Hands down one of the best ice screen place, they got smoothie, milkshake, waffle cones cone, ice cream you scream everybody scream

Pros: Perfect ice cream, always get what I want, best for online orders
Cons: Dine-in is too slow. I witnessed so many customers waiting like 5 minutes on busy days and once it's their turn to order, they'll also spend like another 5 minutes asking and hesitating on what they want. Many customers never know what they really want until it's their turn to order. The 2 staff working there(there are 3 teens as staff now, boss not included since he works only few days) are young and take too much time added to those that waste too much time asking what is what instead of ordering.
PS: I was on my way to pickup an online order(marked ready) and received the call(I added a screenshot but I don't know why it doesn't show up) from Cold Stone Creamery to tell me that they're out of my items. I asked to make sure and the caller pronounced my name to verify that it's me. I was already there, so I went in and I was given my correct order. I looked at the phone number that called me and noticed that it was from New Jersey(I use my earbuds to pickup calls while driving, so I didn't focus on the caller). I don't know how an online order in Savannah ended up mixed up with another Cold Stone Creamery in NJ. I hope you fix this type of misleading issue.
My family and I came around 8:50pm (I know 10 minutes till closing) all the staff was so polite and ready to serve! Peter was amazing he brought chairs out for us that weren’t wet from the rain! Thank you for the positive attitudes!
