The food is always excellent and the staff friendly and helpful. This place always has the best Cokes. It's our favorite Chick-fil-A restaurant.
Ok so I went to Chick Fila on Abercorn St and when I arrived home I discovered I didn't have what I ordered. So I called and explained the problem expecting for them to write my name down and I would get it replaced another day. Well to my amazement I was speaking to the owner and he insisted that I give him my address so he could deliver my correct order to me, he said I'll be there in 10 minutes and he was. Once again he apologized and said I also put a cookie in there for you. Tim Connelly you are the best that you again for the delivery service because Chick fila truly delivers the best food and the best service, incase you all didn't know that A on the end is for A+ service. Thank you again

Love this crew! I do have to say lunch time is the best time to go, followed by breakfast, and then dinner. Love DeAsia (please take her to the beach:) ), Dwayne, Eric, Tim, David, Porscha, Kaitlin, Brian, Chad, Hoyyay, Donalee, Jordyn, Tiffany, Jackie, Dalton, Sarah, and Shannon. I know I'm missing some, and we miss Mrs. DeLoach too! Thanks for all the great visits!

The employees are among the friendliest anywhere. The food is always hot & fresh. I think they have the very best coffee in town.

I have never had a better experience at a Chik-fil-a than here. Everyone was so nice and smiling and laughing. The young man Alex who brought us our food was so sweet and his smile was so contagious. There was a lady named Les Deloach I believe and she was just amazing. Running around the place helping anyone who needed it. She even helped me open up my chicken noodle soup and taught me a way to do it without getting it everywhere. It was just a fantastic experience. Can't wait to come back!
My husband is one of your BIGGEST fans. He works close to your restaurant in Savannah. When we meet for lunch it is just known we go to Chick-fil-A....no questions asked. The poor man cannot get past ordering # 1. Someday I hope. Thank u for this great place to eat where Christian music is playing and all your employees are so friendly and kind. Makes it very special to us.

I want to give BIG kudos to Chic-fil-A in Savannah, Georgia on Abercorn. They are awesome and have their customer service skills together! They are friendly, and QUICK! Keep up the good work, because the food is worth the coming back, (we live 40 min. away)but the customer service is what makes me want to come back. I wish more places had the great customer service you all possess.

This store and all the employees rock. Tuesday sept 12 day after hurricane they are open writing orders on back of old coupons without missing a click.
I love this place. They always make sure my order is correct.

I went through the drive through, but when I tell you, I got the hottest, freshest, fries, and freshest food from any Chick fil a every. Thank you for the experience.
We were from out of town and decided to go to Chick-fil-A. Good experience, but they only had a take out window with outside seating, no dining room seating. It's still a good but different experience.
I didn't eat from this one, my wife and kids did. I don't care for this brand foods. So can't tell you much. I know they were in the bathroom after eating it. Hence my sly name for this company. (Chit-for-dayz)
Looked like the owner helping at drive thru but they gave car in front of me their food. He grabbed 2 more orders taking them to cars behind me. Pulled up at drive thru didn’t have mine asking me to pull up and wait! It was only 8pc grilled nugget and tea. Gave me no fork as well. First time I’ve had issue with a chic fil a!
What can you say as there is nothing ever off with Chick-fil-A never a bad experience. We went to try the new Pimento cheese chicken sandwich and omg it was so so amazing that we went back the next day for another. Food came out fast and hot with smiles the way we like it.
How odd. No indoor seating. Drive thru or walk up to a window to order. Gender neutral bathrooms. Single stall. Food and service, as always with Chick-fil-A, was great.
This place is pretty much always on point...the one on abercorn gave me an old salad once but other than that I've never had issues. Best thing is, you won't be there longer than 20 mins ever. They always have plenty of employees that move super fast.
Pulled up to the new Chci fil A and found it packed like usual. But this time it has two lanes. The workers were out like usual and the wait time has decreased exponentially even for a chick fil a. We go the minis and the coffee and it was on point. Pretty hard not to have 5 stars at a locations. Would recommend this one for sure since it is brand new ya dig.
I love Chick-fil-A! I always get the number 7 grilled chicken club with colby jack cheese and bacon. The customer service is always awesome they are always pleasant and happy. The drive-thru is always packed but you get through and a decent amount of time.
The chicken sandwiches are consistently good, peach milkshakes are the best (seasonal), and the people working here are always friendly. Fast service despite the long lines.
Even in Savannah, a customer service black hole, Chick-fil-A delivers excellent service.
The food is standard Chick-fil-A, which is better than most fast food, but the stellar service is why I return.
Though the food is always amazing, it would be nicer if this location had an indoor ordering and dining option.
Fast & friendly service! We go by at least once or twice a month! Love some chick-fil-A!!
