Omg! I'm huge fan of Mexican food. This place is the absolute best!!! Everything was hot and delicious! The prices are not outrageous and you get good portions. The staff is so kind. The cancun dip is a must. The hungry hombre gives you a little bit of everything! The fajitas are so flavorful. The best thing is the food is packed with flavor but not salty!!! Go try Cancun asap!!!

I miss Texas BBQ and Mexican food. This location cured mine and my wife's longing for the latter; wonderful food. We a ordered a Paloma off menu as it wasn't there and the bartender hit it out of the park. Food was outstanding.
Great, authentic, and family owned Mexican restaurant! When seated you're given in-house made tortilla chips and salsa which was delicious! For the meal I had a quesadilla which comes with a salad that had sour cream guacamole. Everything was great, I highly recommend Cancun if you're craving Mexican!
Update: They have reopened earlier this year and its still great. It's as if they never left!
This place was great! The floors, tables and booths were very clean. Staff were wearing masks. The service was fast and the waitress was very attentive. Free chips and salsa was nice to munch on while we decided what to eat. We ordered 3 fish tacos and a shrimp fajita taco salad. Both were phenomenal!
I have to take away 1 star, everything a little higher than waist level and below was very clean however chair rails, light fixtures, wall art and especially the ceiling fans were dirty. I hate to nitpick but the ceiling fans were off and it was SO noticeable it made me start to look other places. Excellent everywhere else though!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Cancun Mexican Restaurant, and overall, it was a delightful experience that left me satisfied. The combination of friendly staff, great food, and good service made for an enjoyable evening. However, it is worth mentioning that the restaurant's furniture showed signs of wear, and the decor seemed a bit outdated.
Let me begin by commending the staff at for their warm and welcoming demeanor. From the moment I entered, I was greeted with genuine smiles and prompt service. The staff members were attentive and provided helpful suggestions regarding the menu. Their friendliness and eagerness to ensure a pleasant dining experience were evident throughout the meal.
The food was undoubtedly a highlight. Each dish I ordered was bursting with authentic flavors and expertly prepared. From the zesty salsas to the perfectly seasoned main courses. The menu offered a wide variety of traditional Mexican dishes, and I appreciated the authenticity of the ingredients and flavors.
In terms of service, the staff was attentive and prompt in taking and delivering orders. They ensured that our needs were met and promptly addressed any inquiries or requests. It was evident that they were dedicated to providing a positive dining experience.
However, one aspect that could be improved upon is the restaurant's furniture and decor. The furniture showed signs of wear and tear, with torn upholstery in some areas. The outdated decor gave the restaurant a slightly dated ambiance. While this did not significantly impact the quality of the food or service, updating the furniture and refreshing the decor would undoubtedly enhance the overall dining experience.
Despite the minor shortcomings in terms of furniture and decor, my overall experience at Cancun Mexican Restaurant was enjoyable. The friendly staff, delicious food, and attentive service outweighed any concerns regarding the aesthetics of the restaurant. I would gladly return for the exceptional flavors and welcoming atmosphere.
The food was amazing and really fresh. The store was clean with a bright and positive atmosphere. Best of all, the service (Fermin) was exceptional, we didn't wait for a thing and were even offered to go drinks. Would definitely recommend.
Note recently reopened after a fire. This is a standard mexican restaurant, nothing fancy. Nothing bad, reasonable prices good food. Close to my house so this is my spot for Mexican food and margaritas.
We where visiting Savanna for a soccer tournament with my husband and son, we stay close by and google Mexican Restaurants in the area found this place and I say why not give it a try.
Food was very good, service was excellent they even brought us an extra sauce to try but it was very and I mean very spicy so I couldn’t eat it but other then that everything was good.
I was happy to find a Mexican food near by but I was so hungry that I forgot to take pictures to our food LOL
Amazing food and good quantity. They serve with a genuine smile on their face. Worth every penny.
Try Chicken Chimichangas and Veggie Fajitas. For drink, have a pinacolada.
Even though we were only here for a short time I felt so comfortable and welcome. Sitting at the bar for only 5 minutes and we were asked by a very nice Server if we wanted chips and salsa. We said yes and she came back so fast with the most delicious salsa and fresh chips. Little over 5 minutes later, our food came out! Will definitely be returning! The food was so delicious. Much love to all the staff that made our experience so lovely tonight.
Excellent chicken, shrimp and beef fajita. The kitchen is fast. The place is very clean and nice ambiance. The barkeep didn't do any follow-up though.
I was here when Mason lady was here that left the 1 star review. She was just mad cuz she ordered a side of guac and chips and thought she would get that for free and began throwing plates on the table. I think everyone knows guac and chips aren’t free. Anyways, food is real good. Definitely recommend.
We love this place. It's fast, friendly, and delicious. One of our favorite go-to spots -- no frills and always hits the spot.
I always get the enchiladas there. Quite filling for a nice lunch.
For dinner, get the fajitas!
If you're really hungry or want dinner and lunch the next day, get the hungry homered!
Be sure to order extra rice! Dat shiz da bomb!
A coworker recommended this place because I have struggled to find a consistently good Mexican restaurant in the area. This place had great food and service. Try it and see
