After a long days of work coming in from a convention, I wanted to stop and get a bite to eat. On my way home. Entered into Jimmy John’s and they were so happy that I came and greeted me at the door. Grant prepared my sandwich, and it was perfect! Eric took my order and Ciara greeted me at the door. I mean this place is awesome. It’s clean in here. And they offer to make a combo and I said YES ONLY because of the kind service I was shown. I’ve been in here about less than 10 minutes and they deserve 20 stars and I left a tip. Awesome service.

Sooooo. I wish they had a map of their delivery area. They apparently do t go south of 37th. Which is understandable. But disappointing. They need a jimmy car. Its not the best Jimmy's I've had. The cookie was rock hard. I also asked for no oil and vinegar. And got some anyways. So my hand held salad was wet. Not very impressed. But. It's the only one close. Savannah needs more Jimmy John's.
Ordered from this location for delivery over an hour ago now and I'm still waiting. When I tried to call the store phone number I get a message saying that it's changed. Is this spot even open anymore? I would like a refund if I never get my food.
Edit: Order arrived in 2 hours. Delivery person was very nice but I likely won't be ordering from here again.
Edit edit: Ordering with their app seems to help with delivery time, or the shop has made a turn around. Seems better now.

This was a pick up order. Sandwich was ready when I arrived about three minutes after placing order. Bread was fresh, and the service friendly.

The young male manager here is very courteous and very privy to the true meaning of customer service. He was very patient and kind during a busy time, even though the other employees weren’t quite as patient or courteous.
