I went inside tonight for the first time at this location (Tuesday 9/19). It was around 8:00pm and I was afraid the donuts wouldn’t be fresh or the employees would be just wanting to go home, because that’s how a lot of establishments are these days. That was NOT my experience here. A very nice woman named Crystal was so quick and friendly and even made sure I had hot and ready glazed in my box. So appreciated the great customer service and fresh donuts! Thank you so much!
Jaliyah (I probably misspelled it sorry!) KILLED IT today. Super friendly, incredibly efficient, and looked so put together. Awesome service 10/10! Give this girl a raise!
First I have to say that the only reason I gave this a 4 rating is that these donuts aren’t healthy for you ;0)
Having said that they are very yummy.
We came here with a friend as we were both part of the Law Enforcement Torch Run Community and this is where many of his fundraising started and Krispy Kreme was very supportive!
I am not one to eat donuts - only because I have the will power however “when in Rome”…..
The donuts were “hot off the press” and so so yummy!
On veteran's day, the line inside the store was long. There appeared to be 1 person working the counter while others were just standing around looking and talking. No one offered to help. One free doughnut should not have taken approx 15 minutes to get.
The new bisscoff cheesecake doughnut is amazing!!!! Left me speechless. Service was great as well!!
Drove all the way from McIntosh county to grab a box of HOT delicious doughnuts along with a box of Scooby-Doo doughnuts. Definitely recommend. You can watch the doughnuts being made right in the lobby.
Why did the store in Hinesville close? Krispy Kreme has the best donuts (HOT light!) no matter where.
Krispy Kreme has the best donuts, but YOU need to bring your own napkins. I had paper towels and spoon in the vehicle. If you don't drink you coffee black, you have to tell them how much of whatever you want in it...they add it! No napkins, stir sticks, sugar, etc. are out for costumers. But, the donuts were great! Service was great, also.
The light was on 2 dozen freshly made glazed donuts. Great and friendly service
The donuts were typical Krispy Kreme-delicious! They seemed understaffed like every place today, but the staff were still friendly and helpful. Not perfect, but a good afternoon snack
The coffee was good but they did not have regular sugar. But they gave me plenty of sugar substitute.
Staff was very friendly and the donut hit the spot. They didn't seem to understand how to ring up just ordering espresso shots, so that must not be a popular request. They were really sweet about it and after a couple minutes got it figured out. The donut was really fresh and melted away in my mouth. I should have ordered more but i was trying to be good. 😅
The employees here were really kind and we appreciate the good service.
