I came to try out this locally popular pizza 🍕🍕, especially when I learned they have a low carb cauliflower crust! (Only available in 10” size). I ordered “The Works.” It tasted great and the Caprese salad was awesome!! Everything was fresh and bursting with flavor. The restaurant is ultra-clean inside. Very friendly and helpful staff!!! 👨🏽🍳👩🏼🍳🧑🏻🍳👩🏼🍳
The garlic cheese bread is good. The stuffed jalapeños are absolutely delicious. (The jalapeños have some heat to them ) and the thin crust pizza is good!

Driving by many times, always thought of stopping in, and I finally did yesterday.
Glad that I did as well.
There calzones are delicious. Sauce was tasty, and the crust was flaky as should be.
I've gotten wings at many other places, but haven't seen them as big as the wings offered here. You can see for yourself by the photo how large they are, juicy, and there's many flavors of course.
Restaurant was clean, bathrooms also, and staff were cleaning/sanitizing tables.
You can dine-in, order ahead, for pick up or delivery.

The pizza was excellent. I got a large chicken bruschetta pizza. It was surprisingly filling and good quality ingredients. The staff seemed a bit short on the phone and in person, but it was late so maybe that was a one off. I try not to judge until it happens again. Will update my review based on this.
The Wood Fired Smoked Chipotle wings were delicious! They were cooked well. We ordered the stuffed jalapeños, which would have been good if they had baked them longer like we requested. Don't order unless you like crunchy raw jalapeños with baked cheese on top. The oven baked subs were good. I ordered The Don Italian and my husband had the Hot chicken. Staff was friendly and it didn't take long for my order to be prepared.
My grandson loves their thin crust and I love, love it their sub sandwiches, the next day I have to order another (2) two ! Cause I had to share half that night 😭 and I was not going to share it with my grandson cause he will take the whole thing! So he ate his thin crust and he's sub too😮! I give it a 5 , for clean inside, and friendly employees and very fresh bread, meat, and veggies! Everyone needs to try it, and if you want to eat healthy, then this is the place! Thank you! And A Shout out to the young lady, her start with J.w. take it from me,Mother White, and my grandson who is very picky! Keep up the good work 👍.
Phenomenal pizza!!!! Best pizza I ever had, I had the cauliflower garden pizza it was filled with toppings and it was vegetarian pizza. It was perfect. We ordered ahead of time and it was still done before the time it said. Overall great pizza fast service and reasonable price
One of the best pizzas ive had in a while. Service was very friendly and great, ingredients were fresh, and the overall taste was phenomenal. Next time we're around savannah we will definitely be back!
First time trying this place and I was very happy I did. They put their toppings all the way to the edge and it was absolutely delicious. I got the mariachi chicken on their signature thin crust. Will definitely be back to order again and try new things on their menu :)

This is not a retraction but yet a redemption review. So, after all of this took place, the owner/mgr Adam personally call me and asked for further details about my dreadful experience. I was thoroughly impressed!! He repeatedly apologized for the bad experience I had and assured me that this type of behavior is not warranted at Donatos. He offered me a full credit on my order and asked me to give them another try. And I did just that last night. And OMG!! What a complete 180°. But it almost didn't happen😳idk who was the first person who answered the phone, but it wasn't good. Plus she hung up on me. But surprisingly I'm glad that she did bc I probably wouldn't have gotten the awesome privilege of having Ms.Terry taking my order. She was a pure delight! Very professional, cordial and very knowledgeable in the products. She helped me with understanding completely what I was getting and offered better suggestions for what was better economically for me. Not only did she take care of my order perfectly but she went above and beyond to see that everything I ordered was correctly prepared. The salads we ordered was so delicious and filling, that we barely made it to eating the pizza and dessert😋THANK YOU ADAM AND TERRY FOR AN AWESOME(and delicious)

Good Pizza. Got the colflower crust and I was surprised how good it was. Wish it came in a large option, but we will definitely go back.

OMG! Hubby and I were in Savannah for one night and were craving some late night pizza for delivery to our hotel. Not knowing the area and never hearing about Donatos Pizza, I took a chance by looking at their website and was impressed with all their offerings. It was 10:30 pm, and we knew they closed at 11:00pm and tried to hurriedly order online. I went through the entire ordering process online only to find out it would not let me "submit." :-( That alone made me a bit nervous to even order. We immediately lowered our expectations.
BUT, I quickly called and requested THE WORKS hand-tossed and spoke to a very nice employee named Mel, and we ordered with no other issues. She said it would take about 30 minutes and it took only 20. So here is the OMG part... not only was it delivered sooner, but it came piping hot AND most definitely fresh! Every ingredient was freshly cut. You could tell. I would absolutely recommend this place for delivery directly! Thank you Donatos for filling our pizza cravings so well!
Donatos is one of our favorite local places. The wings are very good, especially if you like the dry rubs. We have been eating the pizza since they opened. Great flavor, perfectly cooked and affordable! One of the best programs they have is their rewards if you join. We get free items very frequently as those points add up quick! Our delivery guy, Tyler, is always fast, polite and professional! I highly recommend Donatos!
Staff is always pleasant and friendly. The pizza is always good and hot out the oven.
