I'll never eat at Subway again! This place has literally set the standard for how all subs are supposed to taste. It was so fresh, so good, the BEST sub I have ever eaten (I had the Hook & Ladder). I will eat at Firehouse Subs from now on, I've been missing out! The store was clean, the crew were awesome, absolutely love this store.

One of the better firehouses. The employees are always nice, condiments and napkins are always stocked and I never have to wait long for my sub. I always prefer to go to this firehouse.

WE ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS SHOP! FRIENDLY FAST CUSTOMER SERVICE! THE SUBS ARE AMAZING AND FRESH AND THE BROWNIES ARE ALWAYS FRESH TOO!!! THE ENGINEER IS MY FAVORITE ♥️😎🤟🏼✌️💯

This was supposed to be an angry review. I ordered our food online and it was to be ready by 8pm. No email confirmation until 8:13pm. I drove to see if it was a glitch in the system. The store was closed. I was not happy. I went back to the store today to see why they were closed and to either get my money back or get our sandwiches. We were there around 5pm and the gentleman behind the counter was really apologetic, offered me my money back. He did have my online order ticket on the counter. He made our sandwiches. The reason for being closed, was employee shortage, imagine that. Sandwiches were great!

Great food and great service. However during today's visit 4/4/19, if this was my 1st visit I most likely would not return due to 1 employee. She seemed totally out of it, didnt want to be there. Stood with her head on her hand while taking my order. I told her 3 times it was a to go order and she still got it wrong even after asking me yet one more time. Didnt give me a cup for my drink and said cups were over by the drink machine. No cups were over there, had to go back to get a cup. Then she hands me one and says sorry. Everyone else was absolutely cheerful and friendly and quickly remedied all of the errors they were receiving. Regardless of this 1 employee, I will still be going to this location

With so many people working here it would seem you could get your sandwich in 20 seconds. Closer to nearly 10 minutes on average though. However, they blow Subway away with better bread, better seasonings, better flavor... I do wonder about the "pickle shortage" they claim as a reason for not giving pickles on take out orders. Even when I have specifically asked, I get a blank stare as if to say "ok, but don't tell anybody else." Then I leave without a pickle anyway. They don't seem to communicate that "stare" down the line as my sandwich makes its way down the conveyor.
