Dont be mislead by the outward appearance! Im not going to lie, when my boyfriend wanted to go through the drive thru at thia place the firat time... I was scared. I was sure we were going to get food poisoning. But I was so wrong! The food is really yummy, very cheap, and the people are so friendly. It's one of our favorite places now. Don't judge the book by the cover!
Shockingly good food! Don't be fooled by the raggedy appearance. Fresh and cheap! We had Chicken and Brocoli and the General Tsao's Chicken. Be sure to get an egg roll, because they are delicious!
This is our go-to super quick takeout staple. The guy @ the window is always super friendly and you get your food at warp speed. Lo mein is delicious and non greasy, and I always get the vegetable delight-broccoli only. This unassuming place is ten times better than Wangs II, the higher-priced restaurant down the street.
It might seem scary, but it is good--and cheap! Not Panda Express by any means but possibly Savannah's best and only drive-thru Chinese restaurant.
Best Chinese food I've had in a long time! My favorite in Savannah. If you're looking for more flavor in fried rice, there isn't a lot. I think it's because people complain about too much sodium in things but the General Tso chicken was crispy and good. It wasn't spicy but it was delicious otherwise. The shrimp fried rice was tasty and the fried wings were crunchy and delicious. Everything so far was satisfying.
Edit: Do not order as soon as they open or do a scheduled order. I doordashed from here and they gave me old rice and stale chicken. I'm docking one star.

Solid food. Quick service. Ordered the lemon pepper wings, house fried rice, steamed dumplings and egg rolls. Didn't give me the hot sauce I asked for but it was still good. I'd go back again...
I grew up in Savannah and watched numerous places come in and out of thiMs location until Green Tea moved in. It was a staple for me in high school and my early 20's. Now, whenever I return to Savannah, I make sure to stop by. Affordable, good food, and they don't try to be something that they are not. I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for that big city style fast east Chinese food.

I called because I was having a game night with some family and friends, and I needed to order some house fried rice and I needed to know exactly how much to get for the amount of people that I was having over. The employee was very patient with me very polite and the customer service was amazing. Thank you green tea!
If you need decent Chinese in a hurry, this is your spot. Fair price (get ready to spend $12 a person - but every meal is really like 2 or 3 meals)
Best kept secret in the area, absolutely authentic delicious eats. I got the daily special only 6.95 !! I chose sesame chicken and fried rice. Ready in minutes with a smile! Nice portions! Two thumbs up!
I ordered plain chicken wings, lemon pepper wings, shrimp lo mein, and house fried rice. I'd recommend this restaurant house fried rice for anyone who likes to have enough meat and veggies in their fried rice. Wings were good. Lo Mein was an ok for me, the reason being that I didn't like the noodles that were made with it. Other than that, food is delicious.
If you want quick Chinese food with no long wait, this is the place. Now, I will admit, the atmosphere makes you think twice. It's a drive up location that is in need of renovation. The staff is friendly and when I peaked in the window it was clean. They also had a good health score. Their fried chicken wings are awesome! My favorite dish is the broccoli and shrimp. Excellent portion size.

For a quick Chinese take out, pull up to Green Tea drive thru. Fast but tasty dishes. This is a drive thru and take out establishment only.
This is probably the best Chinese food around Savannah, never gotten my order wrong and the food containers hold the heat amazingly, 100% recommended
I have always seen this place out of the corner of my eye while on Waters Avenue, but I have never tried it until I saw online how good the prices were for lunch combos. The drive thru was fairly quick especially for the amount of food that was given. I was a little disappointed I couldn't dine in, but it's okay because the drive thru only probably makes the food come out faster. I recommend the orange chicken, I tasted real orange zest in it!
