My favorite location in the franchise. They do it better. They even encouraged me to try a new sandwich combo, number 7, which is a new favorite. Last visit, saw only a few of the crew that I've grown to know and adore which, unfortunately, having new or unfamiliar workers meant receiving a sandwich that wasn't as good as it used to be. Proves you can't win them all 🙂 ! They're still my favorite store, just gotta catch my favorite crew 😁.
My order was correct and prepared fast and hot
My daughter went inside and ordered our food and brought it back. She said that everyone was friendly and she and I ènjoyed the food a whole lot.
We had a fun time at Wendy’s. Wendy’s is a great place to go for a cheap meal and a good price.
The BEST customer service I've seen at a fast food place in a long time. The manager Shadab, took time to talk with two elderly ladies to help understand why they did or didn't like the new mozzarella burger. And welcomed them back anytime. He and the staff made the food perfectly the burger was hot and the fries fully cooked.
Drive thru was busy at lunch but the wait time was short
Fast and friendly. Unfortunately, that's not the case at other fast food places anymore.

I don't eat Fast Food often; however, when I do, I look forward to a great burger and fries. This Wendy's did not fail. Customer service, food, and restaurant cleanliness was above and beyond.
On this visit to Wendy's the staff was excellent. My order was taken in a timely manner and I received my food right after I paid the cashier who was very polite and respectful. I ordered Wendy's apple pecan chicken salad with the pomegranate dressing. It is the most amazing salad I have ever eaten. It wakes up every taste bud in my mouth.
Prompt, got the order right and all associates were very friendly!
Great square croissant sausage, egg, and cheese and very reasonably priced.
Drive thru was super fast even though there was a long line. Didn't have to repeat my order a zillion times! Food was hot. Service was great. And the pineapple mango lemonade was perfect! Props to the workers that showed up and did their jobs with excellence. I hope everyone treats these workers with respect
I love Wendy's, Waters Ave Savannah. They're always so kind
All of the employees acted like they were zombies. After 20 minutes waiting on 2 biggie bags went to counter to ask about hold up & food was bagged sitting on back counter. Needless to say it was cold.
