Imani provided the best drive thru experience I have had in sometime. She was thorough, respectful, and funny. I don't know if I spelled her name correctly but Kudos to her for providing such great customer service.

I'm changing from 5 stars to two stars because of the addition of the self service kiosk. There is no one available to help with a modified order or if you need a spork etc. It's not the employees fault. The few employees are working hard. There just aren't enough. I shouldn't have to wait 5 people
