My recommendation is that you only get food at the start of the serving of lunch at this location. I have given up ordering anything between 2-closing. You end up waiting thinking you're getting fresh food because you wait so long only to find out it's old and should have been thrown out
I ordered a Bacon and Swiss Crispy chicken sandwich yesterday and my food was so hot and good! The lady at the drive thru was so nice!! It's nice to see some ppl care about their job and how ppl should be treated. Great job!!
Don't forget to ask for the zesty onion ring sauce when you go through the drive thru. For some reason they don't always include it.
Waited in drive thru to pick up online order. Told I had to come in. Still had to stand there and wait.

Can't recall the last time I got a burger from BK. Frankly, I got the burger for my dog, but took a couple of bites beforehand and ..ended up eating the whole thing. Had to go back and get another for Fido. It was a good burger! Definitely hitting them up again. If you haven't been in a while, make it a point to stop in. That's all I ate (plain hamburger), so couldn't rate it any higher to advise about fries or other menu items
I went through the drive-through today at the Burger King on Derenne Avenue location. The young black female who took my order through the drive through was very polite and you could hear her smile on her face before I actually went to pay for the order and was face to face with her. I had to take time to give this review because good customer service is very rare nowadays. Congrats to her I’m not sure about how to spell her name and I don’t want to mess it up . I

I have been through the drive thru twice in 2 weeks. The service has been exceptional and the food was hot. I can't speak for the night shift but day shift is on point. Both visits were around 1:30 to 2 in the afternoon.
