I really liked the dive atmosphere. I thought the ceiling tiles were a fun creative concept. Classic neighborhood bar 😊
Unpretentious and comfortable place to have some drinks with a friend. They have an AMI digital jukebox that can be operated by a phone app. Really cool.
There are pool tables, and an outdoor seating area.
A recent health department inspection rated them 100.
They now serve some bar food. Cheese
The bar tender got me drunk and took me home with her.

Just a good ole Town Tavern! You will always feel at home ! Most people know one another which brings alot of fun to a late night visit or a day time visit,no matter day or night most likely you are gonna see someone you know., Been a part of Savannah for over 40 years....
My fiancee and I were visiting Savannah from Pennsylvania; we gravitate towards "dive" bars as they're called up North. This place fit the bill perfectly. Decent prices, good people, good conversation. Nice pool set up if you're game; kinda wish there had been a dart board or two (Steel or soft tip.
I love the atmosphere, I have enjoyed the turn around the bar has made in the last few years. I recommend for people to go in and see for yourself lots of fun excellent service I promise you will have a good time
Very nice place with very friendly waitresses, great food and you can get different size portions of most things. Good place to eat, and very reasonable prices
One of the best hole in the wall bars. Cheap drinks and entertaining patrons.
Captains lounge is a local bar with an attached kitchen. Drinks are reasonably priced. Bands are there on occasion. Otherwise it's jukebox and pool tables. Gets rowdy as the evening progresses both definitely a lively experience.
Love the people and just a friendly neighborhood place. Every one knows each other and they all enjoy meeting and having a great time....
Nice Local Scalawag Bar. Lots of atmosphere. Never a dull Moment. Anything can happen. Plenty of parking but might be busy even if parking lot empty.
