The cake for our engagement party was PERFECT. Absolutely gorgeous and absolutely delicious. I’m incredibly happy with the cake. Top tier was vanilla caramel, bottom was red velvet. The cake was moist and full of flavor.
My only criticism was that it was difficult to get in touch, I sent an email and Facebook message about a month before the party and received no response. I had to call the Pooler location in order to place my order because the phone at the Savannah location was busy every time I called. However it was the height of wedding season so I’m pretty sure they were just super busy and I don’t hold it against them! I still managed to place my order and my cake was ready on time and it was absolutely perfect.
I’ll be recommending them to everyone I know in Savannah and the surrounding area!
I ordered a cake for my 40th birthday and the cake was beautiful! They gave me exactly what I wanted. I gave them a picture and it was done just right. One side was butter cream and one side was blue velvet! It tasted excellent and I am a very picky cake eater. Definitely will go back here again. Also the price was reasonable and the staff was friendly. I set it for pick up at 5pm and needed to change it and they was so nice to change it with no problem and I got it a few hours earlier. Thank you Ms Molly, you will see me again!
Everyone was super on point in the shop and the love they put into the food was made obvious, expressed warmly. I'm from NC so I can't be visiting them often but I love them. 💜
The cake tasted so good. Perfect texture, highly recommend for any of your confectionary intentions in the Savannah area. This was chocolate cake with cream cheese and Oreo frosting.

~ The detail and care at Ms. Polly's Cake Giants was very welcoming. The owner and her son was extremely thorough and even helped set up my SUV to make the 45 minute trip home. This cake was DELICIOUS!!!!! My twins had a great sweet sixteen. The cake was the cherry on top so I thank all of you for making it special! ~
I was referred to Ms Polly by my wedding coordinator and she did not disappoint! She met with me, asks questions about our ceremony and did a design based on the pictures that I showed her... beautiful doesn’t begin to describe our wedding cake! It was exactly what we wanted and tasted as wonderful as it looked! I would HIGHLY recommend Ms Polly for your for your special day!!!
Ms Polly designed a wedding cake for my daughter back in June.. it was spectacular!! I was a little bit afraid of the price at the time ,but it turned out great.. we opted for her key lime /with alternating yellow cake tiers and strawberry filling..fabulous. Graham wedding..
We had a cake made here for a friends bachelorette party and we all were very impressed! Excellent customer service and the cake was to die for - chocolate cake with buttercream frosting! We had a simple 8inch rosette cake with shells to fit our mermaid theme. Simple and beautiful! Even after the cake sat in the fridge for a few days (leftovers after the first cut) it was still moist and perfect! Would highly recommend! Thank you!
Omgggg! !!! They're cake just melt in my mouth .... best cake in the SOUTH hands down!! I've heard so many great things about them before experiencing it & I am very much pleased. From the delicious pound cake to the red velvet cupcakes ...I would recommend there service to anyone whether wedding, birthday or just stopping by for a snack. PLUS the service was great and professional. ..employees made my visit feel right at home!!!
I ordered a red velvet sheet cake for my birthday and it turned out amazing. The look was classic but the flavor was out of this world. The cake was nice and moist and the cream cheese icing was just right!
Miss Polly's cakes are truly one of a kind, not only is it a famous bakery with it's own television show, the family owned bakery gives it a feel that other bakery's can not offer. When you go in you're greeted kindly and treated like family. I've been going to miss Polly's since I was a kid, I have tried other places and now refuse to go anywhere besides miss Polly's. Everything is made fresh everyday and I know that when I go in, I'm getting a fresh, delicious, and moist peice of cake.
