Had lunch today at this Zaxbys and found the place to be nice and clean. Staff was pleasant and polite. Took my order and served very fresh hot food very quickly. This is one of the nicer and cleaner Zaxbys that I have visited in a while. The have easy access and parking. Located just off the Truman parkway this is a good location. This is located next to a McDonalds and in the same center as a sams and Walmart. Stop in and grab something from these guys if you are in the area.
I love eating at zaxby's. This place is very family oriented.

Food was really good and not overcooked, received it quick even though it was busy, only negative things I could say is that the fries didn't have the classic zaxbys seasoning but not a game changer for me. I know people out there can't have that seasoning and really should be a requested add on. And the only other thing I could say needs improvement but doesn't sway my 5 star rating is that there needs to be more napkins given, two just isn't quite enough. 5 would be sufficient, but I carry backups in my vehicle lol

I got the cobb salad here and every time I get it here the Zaxby's on Montgomery Crossroads it always look so pretty and it's so delicious I always have some left over for later. I've been to the one on White Bluff and they never make it as pretty as they do to this one. The
staff was friendly and I'm usually better with getting names but the person that waited on us was new and she seem to know what she was doing and if she didn't she would ask so good job Zaxby management for hiring her. I had lunch with my mother there and her salad look delicious as well. The prices for me could be a little cheaper but for what I get it's worth it because it's really good. The Establishment was clean and we actually got there at 10:35 soon as they open maybe about a couple of minutes before they open but they still seem to have it together. I will be back very soon, and I will bring some friends along.
Stopped at the restaurant today and ate, food was great, very clean establishment, but most important was miss fondarae, she was very nice and attentive, definitely a good team member as far as I could tell. We will be back. 😊
We did the drive thru thing. It was good but it's always better if yo can eat in.

The food is always consistent, but at risk of being cruel I sometimes get the feeling that their staff isn't well trained. For the longest time, we would have terrible difficulty using gift cards. Recently the food we actually received was complete non-sense in relation to what was actually ordered. Their staff is extremely nice just sometimes I get the idea that they are not terribly familiar with the product they're selling.
Everytime I visit this location, I'm always satisfied. The food is always good and they move pretty fast through the drive thru 🥰
The manager was very helpful in resolving an issue I had with my missing online order.
