The 2 team members on staff this morning around 10:45 were amazing! Though they were understaffed by they provided top tier service well deserving of more than $15 an hour (I hope that’s is the minimum they are making). My order (Sackful with cheese, no mustard, no pickle, add mayo) was exactly how I ordered it. Which is rare to have a custom order perfect from anywhere. The drive thru staff that waited on me was very polite and smiled. Thanked me for my order.
I am not a big Krystal's fan but my family wanted to stop here while we were in town. The employees were super friendly and the place was clean. The employees definitely need an acknowledgement. Good job guys.
The ladies are nice & the burgers good, however, Second time in a few months we’ve come in for lunch & there’s no AC. It must be 90 in here. Hey, this is Savannah nice people.
I was at drive thru. I didn't see the older woman's name. But I have see her both time's I was there. She always has a beautiful smile and a kind word to. I am going to give 5 star because the food was for my grandbaby and he is a very picky eater. But he demalished that food. I ask was it good boo.
Super friendly service!! Had to wait a few minutes for my order, but it was exactly what I wanted and very fresh!! Well worth the wait. The girl that took my order at the drive thru made my day. She was so very nice, friendly and accommodating! This will be my new go to Krystal thanks to her!!!

Not sure about afternoon but morning shift is still awesome; the food was hot and fresh, the employees are very courteous, professional, and attentive. Overall a consistently great experience in an industry which mostly lacks in that department.
Staff were alright. Line was short and we got our food quickly. Quality of food was good. Inside appears to be closed currently, takeout only.
Only problem was they didn't have any ketchup. Otherwise all was good.
